元旦节的这天，我看了一篇《斑羚飞渡》的动物小说。故事主要写的是一支狩猎队把世界上最后一群斑羚羊逼到戛洛山的伤心崖上。当斑羚羊发现自己前面是虎视眈眈的，后面却是五六米宽的山涧，而无论大小斑羚羊，想跳过五六米的山涧那是不可能的。在进退两难的时候，领头羊镰刀头作出了艰难的决定：为了斑羚羊种群能够继续生存下去，必须用舍一半救一半的方法：只见小斑羚飞速朝前奔去，老斑羚紧随其后，在小斑羚就要从最高点往下降时，老斑羚凭着娴熟的跳跃技巧，让小斑羚的.蹄子落在自己宽阔的背上，然后猛的一蹬，这时小斑羚就像踏在一块助力板上轻松跳到了对岸，而老斑羚就像燃料燃完的火箭，垂直落下了悬崖。就这样，每当一头年轻的斑羚羊成功飞渡时，就意味着有一头老斑羚羊落入了万劫不复的峡谷。年轻的斑羚羊成功飞渡之后都躲到了巨石之后，他们也许是怕你们的攻击，但更多的是不忍看到同伴为了给自己开辟一条生存道路而被摔得粉身碎骨的场景！在镰刀头的指挥下，羊群完成了最后一对的飞渡。成功飞渡的斑羚羊朝着山涧咩了几声，这是对同伴的不舍和敬意。然后迈着坚定的步伐，踏上新的征程，消失在狩猎者的视线中。
读完了这篇，我已经是泪流满面。一方面是被斑羚羊的智慧、勇敢、团结、处事不惊、甘愿牺牲的精神所感动。它们只是动物，却懂得团结，懂得为了集体利益而牺牲自己；更多的是被狩猎人的冷酷无情所刺痛！我们人类是万物之灵，拥有强大的智慧，懂得制造，却不懂得爱护动物；懂得制造汽车，却不懂得爱护环境；能够制造飞机，却不能制造天空；懂得创财富，却不懂得创造未来。真是惭愧啊！现在的人类，遇事只会临阵脱逃，只懂得用尽心机来保护自己的利益和安全。或许，在某些方面，我们人类跟动物相比真的还有愧不如呀！

大家好！
从2月7日（正月初八）上班，到今天2月26日，已过去18天。公司2014变革，各分公司开始施展拳脚，市场活动、区域特点越来越差异化，未来必然的特点是“总部统一化行为减少，给下面足够空间，猫有猫道、鼠有鼠道，各显神通”，针对超越团现在情况，和大家针对几方面做些沟通。
客户层面，目前团队客户总量超过270家，盘点后有效可跟客户至少在90-100家，除马晓川，每人手中都有底线20家左右可重点跟踪客户。2013年团队424万业绩，基本来源：中汽、勘察院、恒热、尼特、爱军、乐威、盐百等，几乎没超过12家，目前整个团队可跟踪客户近100家，按1/3在2014年出业绩，至少业绩量该有600-800万，关键在团队每个人能否尽心、用心做，能否聚焦，能否打开思路、甩开膀子去干。
2013年，看全国几个业绩好的公司，深圳和广西暂且不说，因为开源好，上海、河南开源也不理想，但上海有姜玲、河南有姜晓、赵景春等，她们能力不比我们强多少，关键在用心、细心、肯下功夫、肯钻客户。目前全国很多分公司，因呼叫主管和讲师加入总监行列，一下子资源瓜分无几，一些兄弟公司同事知道咱们有这么多的客户资源，羡慕的不得了，可这些客户放置在我们手里，跟进服务、使用效率、转化能力、深挖链接等，做的很差，2014年的天津，目前的客户分布情况，是赚钱的大好时机，如果今年把握不住，待2015分公司假设变成3个、4个总监，客户资源将被大量稀释，所以今年我们没有退路，客户在手中，就要增加使用和出单概率，这是对自己收入负责的唯一考量。
从人的层面，海霞相比成手些，其它伙伴从能力和性格各有优劣。
【李洋】在公司将近5年，做事很细心，但往年的业绩构成里，依靠杠杆”自然出单”的比例较多，后续跟单（例如F类）和啃硬骨头出单的较少，手中部分客户若深挖、价值服务跟紧，思路打开、有耐心、勇开拓，一些客户大有可为。
【康婧】在2013最后几个月，大量行动，成长不小，2014当是职业发展的瓶颈期，若突围好当是收获的一年，信赖感加强后，如何谈判、有目标感地沟通、聚焦出来参课、谈单（价格、成交）等，是需要重点突破的'，而且客户要有主次，都是重点就是没重点，从个人性格完善、与人相处等方面也要减少生硬，更稳重、成熟。
【刘梅】一直看好你的潜力，从形象气质、沟通、性格，都有优势，只是缺少些东西，例如清晰的目标感、发自内心的紧张感，压力大、想赚钱，停留在表面的居多，真正付诸行动、能吃苦、用心钻的有限，2014比2013略强，但依然不是最好的你，真正上道了，能踏实、勤奋下来，减少依赖，相信你进步很快。
【马晓川】真正接触客服是年初开始，会有几个月的蛮荒成长期，可能会有碰壁、矛盾，这是蜕变的阶段，让性格更打开一些，不要自我设限，大胆去做，然后请教、思考，多主动沟通，再有团队的配合，2014一定要对自己有大改变。
以上是对团队几位伙伴的交流，或许会有表述不恰当的地方，是我心里的话，希望对彼此合作有帮助。
针对客户服务层面，也做几点沟通：
1.与客户信赖感最好的人是每一位一对一的服务人，不要期望总监、分总，谁过去一个小时，就能有多怎么样的改变，王笑菲也很难做到。协助拜访，只是在你基础做到位的前提下，互相打配合或者推单的关键环节通过联手临门一脚，多从自身下功夫，减少依赖，把客户服务自己先精细化，例如客户经理手册里的基本功；
2.针对当下市场行情，请大家各自盘点两类客户：大中型国企（兼顾国企改制企业）、上面有大集团隶属关系的企业，这两类客户尤其重点关注，例如天宝国际酒店，原刘梅客户，该企业隶属天保控股，产值200多亿的国有控股集团的二级公司，康婧有家客户隶属唐山燕东集团.....李洋中汽工程隶属国机集团，国机集团在天津的二级单位：天津电气传动设计研究所，勘察院的平级单位天津城市建筑设计院等。2014咱们在跟踪老客户的同时，务必关注这两大类：大中型国企、有大集团隶属关系的企业；
3.过往多多少少，后续跟单出了一些业绩，但希望大家千万不要有误区，用认为日常跟单可以出业绩来逃避把客户引导不出去参课，后续跟单出业绩很难、而且看客户，我们日常拜访的唯一聚焦要放在----引导参课上，让客户到杠杆上，例如执模、实效上，其它不疼不痒的拜访，基本属无用功；
4.关于价值服务，一直在思考，邮快件、送礼物、发信息，加强信赖感可以，充其量都是小技巧，华南大区王世忠有句话有一定道理：给客户最好的价值服务就是让他参课，想想确实如此，凭我们的能力到底能给客户在管理上解决多少实际的问题，几乎不可能，参课才能真正给客户价值，而且参课可以带动再消费，交过的钱一直不参课，很难再消费，所以交付做不好，必然影响业绩增加；
5.关乎狼性，一直不爱提这个词，但目前团队整体太缺乏这种精神，文艺点叫目标感。销售杠杆，我们为什么总抓不住，不逼自己永远都在舒服区游荡，不对客户拿出点目标感，永远在被客户牵着鼻子走，销售是信心和互相影响的博弈，拖着也是一种输。不搞那么复杂，我们最本质的就是销售，信赖感、打电话、写快件、拜访，所有行为围绕的核心是销售，不能最后太多繁琐的外围事务，忽略或弱化了销售，这样就是只有过程没有结果。
明天要拜访客户，今天暂且沟通这么多。2014不求轰轰烈烈，只求团队几位伙伴出些业绩、能力成长些、收入增加些、生活改善些，能给家人和自己支配的钱更多些，个人生活更美好些。
用一句话作为结尾，与之共勉：不等、不靠，不浮躁----马上就办。
