听说以前农村***猪宴时番薯羹是必备佐餐，它跟那些长的像凉粉一样的东西一点关系都没有，真的。它的制作方法非常简单：取适量肉丝、猪大肠、罗卜丝、香菇和豆腐等等。热油炒后加入烧开的沸水，再加入半包到一包左右的番薯粉（依水量而定）。搅拌一会儿，会看到有半透明状物体出现并沸腾，飘出袅袅香气！最后，根据个人喜好，撒上香菜或葱花（当然也可以不加），就大功告成了。
瞧，多么美丽的画面！各种食材在那淡棕色的晶状物里展示着，红的、绿的、白的，条的、方的、圆的，有果冻的稠性，又有高汤的营养。当你用调羹舀上一口，羹入口即化，接着却是一会儿软的、一会儿硬的、还能吃出脆的感觉，真是让人特别满足！

我最喜欢的食物就是薯片。可是，妈妈说它是垃圾食品，小孩子吃了会不健康。其实不健康的是里面的添加剂。今天，我就为大家介绍一种健康薯片。
据说，薯片发源于美国。从前，有个人在一家餐馆里点了一份烤土豆，等厨师端上来时，顾客发现这土豆一点儿都不好吃，建议将土豆片切薄一点，多烤一会儿。第二次的土豆片虽然够薄，但却差了点脆脆的口感。他又建议厨师再将土豆片在火上烤一下，结果在这个挑剔的顾客建议下，流行全世界的香脆薯片就这样被发明了。
所谓健康薯片就是自己做的薯片。首先，在烤盘上铺一层薄金纸，两百度预热。再把土豆皮削掉，切成薄片，平铺在薄金纸上。接着刷上油放进烤箱里烤。等到土豆片的外表变成金黄色时，就可以取出来了。把香喷喷的薯片装盘，倒一点自己喜欢的酱，比如牛油果酱，番茄酱，芝士酱等。即使只是加一点点盐和胡椒，薯片也会非常美味！
健康薯片是没有膨松剂和调味剂的。越是让我们觉得口感好，其实越是不健康。同时，烤的薯片比炸的薯片相对健康。
墨西哥玉米片是薯片的近亲，只是主料从土豆变成了玉米。墨西哥玉米片更健康是因为它是火烤的不是油炸的，也没有什么添加剂。牛油果酱、奶酪酱和酸甜的自制番茄酱都是很健康的蘸料。

小的时候，嘴老是很馋，很想吃爆米花，就会向母亲要两元，然后高高兴兴的去买爆米花。到了一个巷子里，白发苍苍的老爷爷在做爆米花。旁边也有好多小伙伴们，手里都拿着母亲给的两元钱，在等着爆米花！小伙伴们，你看看他，他看看我，我再看看他好像sh什么东西似的。最后在我们当中最大的一个小孩子说：“那要不我们凑钱买个大的，这样我们就可以吃好久好久了。”大家都开始兴奋地点点头！老爷爷开始做爆米花了，只见他把玉米放在一个像似大炮肚子！在那里转来转去还怪有意思的.。
眼看就要熟了，小伙伴们紧张的捂起了耳朵。“轰”随着一声响，一阵阵香味儿扑鼻而来，我们大呼小叫的说：“爷爷，爷爷，多放一点糖，多放一点糖。”拿到爆米花时就在附近的桃树下吃起爆米花，味道可美味了，于是我们约定好明天后天不管是风吹雨晒还是倾盆大雨，还是狂风怒号，都在这里集合！“好！”我们一致的答应了……
转眼间我长大了，我忽然想吃爆米花，于是去拿20元买了一份大的，放了一点点糖，但一点儿都不好吃一份大的，还不如童年小伙伴们凑钱买来的分享的吃，那时候才是最好吃的，现在连价格都变了，味道也不如以前了……
好想再吃一次儿时的爆米花啊！
