关于肥胖焦虑的英语作文【一】
第一次看见别人给我推荐这本书，是在网易蜗牛app上，随手丢进书桌就没再管了。
近几天书荒，一时间不知道读什么，就翻翻app的书桌。放到以前，我是不会翻开诸如“成功的一百个方法”这类“非实用书籍”的。现在想来，只想调侃自己一番，一个实用主义的人，以前只会关注《母猪繁殖技术》之类的书吧。
“他人对我们的关注之所以如此重要，主要原因便在于人类对自身价值的判断有一种与生俱来的不确定性——我们对自己的认识在很大程度上取决于他人对我们的看法。”––《身份的焦虑》
近来是有了些焦虑，身边的朋友不是读研读博就是直接工作。就我这个游手好闲的还在国外念着最后一年本科，并且打算任性归国。也许再过四五年我也不会知道今天的选择是对是错，可又有谁能知道。
我开始渴望从别人那里获得认同，我对自己的身份产生怀疑，别人说一句：“啊没事，你回国发展机会更多”，我可能会窃喜很久。
别人一句：“天呐你不读研简直没人要。”也许会毁了一天的心情。
想想和原来初心满满的自己实在差了许多，那个说着不在意别人看法的我也开始患上了身份的焦虑，那个追求自我快乐的我也开始变得虚荣起来。
“身份的`焦虑是一种担忧。担忧我们处在无法与社会设定的成功典范保持一致的危险中，从而被夺去尊严和尊重，这种担忧的破坏力足以摧毁我们生活的松紧度；以及担忧我们当下所处的社会等级过于平庸，或者会堕至更低的等级。”––《身份的焦虑》
他人的夸奖当然使我们开心，这是人之常情，然而人不能活在他人的夸奖之中。他人的羞辱也自然使我们愤怒，可人又不能活在他人的羞辱之中。可以兼听，不被牵引，就是我要改变的吧。想想确实没什么，每个人的境遇，选择，目标各不相同，我只要不忘初心就够了，又何必束缚在这身份的比较中，为了别人而活呢。
希望今后继续如此，为了自己的生活而活。
读完这本书我真的不知道自己读出了什么，这拗口的文字实在没让我记住几个。就像在河边洗着竹篮，半天也是一场空。可至少还干净了不少，大概就是心灵得到了净化吧。

Badly, it’s difficult for elephants to survive in the world usually because of people. If people sell tusks, they will make lots of money.
So, many people kill elephants for their tusks. Living areas are also an important reason of the die out of elephants.
Animals are our friends, we should protect them, or the number of wild animals will getting smaller and smaller.
