今天，妈妈教我做番茄炒蛋。我先拿起大刀切番茄，妈妈在一边看得胆战心惊，不停地提醒我小心手。接着，我开始打蛋，妈妈先给我做了示范，她先把蛋往碗边上一敲，蛋裂开了一条缝，妈妈用力一掰，蛋壳破了，蛋黄和蛋青一下就流了下来。我觉得很容易，学着妈妈的样子，“咔”，蛋也裂了一条缝，我小心翼翼地往外掰，只剥下几小片蛋壳，我看着它，不知怎么办才好。最后，家庭主妇——老妈拿过去，把它OK了。最后一个蛋，妈妈告诉了我要点，要按着裂缝掰，呵呵，终于成功了。我往蛋里加了半勺盐，打成金黄色的糊糊状。
一切准备就绪，点火，开锅。我往锅里倒了一些油，不时地把手放在锅的上空测油温，感觉到油烫了，我把蛋糊倒到锅里，蛋糊顿时在锅里沸腾开来，冒起了一个个泡泡，再把它翻个身，炒几下，蛋变成了金黄色，好了，盛起来。再在锅里倒入油，等油温升高，我把番茄倒进去，只听“嗞啦——”一声，锅里冒起白烟，我赶快拿起锅铲翻动它，调皮的小油滴蹦到我手上，哪，好疼啊！我急中生智，拿了一块抹布，包住手，继续翻炒，这下好多了。接着把蛋倒进去，又加入一些盐，糖，水，盖上锅盖。
大约等了两、三分钟，有烟从锅的边缘冒出来了，妈妈告诉我，差不多了。揭开锅盖，呵呵，红红的番茄和金黄的蛋交融在一起，那么诱人。最后，我又倒入麻油，撒上一把葱。起锅啦！我迫不及待地拿起筷子，放在嘴边，又担心会不会太咸了，或者太淡了。啊呜一口，哈哈，不咸也不淡，满嘴留香，太好吃啦！
我和俞冠名不一会儿就把一大盘番茄炒蛋一扫而光。

我从冰箱里拿出了番茄和蛋，把番茄洗干净，先对半切开，然后再一块一块地切下来，切好后，我情不自禁地笑了起来，因为，我把番茄切得有大有小，很不规则！开始打蛋了，我先把蛋在碗边敲一下，然后小心翼翼地把蛋剥开，把蛋液放到碗里，用筷子搅匀，并且放了一点点水和盐。我对妈妈说：“妈妈，我全弄好了，接下来干啥呀？”“哈哈，当然是开始烧了喽！来，我先帮你把油倒下去，你把番茄放进去。”说着，妈妈把油倒进已经烧热的锅里，我把番茄放了下去。
“等把番茄炒到要掉皮了的时候叫我。”“OK！”我说。我拿着锅铲在锅里上下左右地来回翻炒，还差点烫到了手，很快，番茄就开始掉皮了，我赶紧叫妈妈：“妈妈，妈妈，是不是可以放蛋了呀！”妈妈看了一下锅里，“嗯，可以放蛋了，记住，放进去以后不要很快地去翻动，等稍微凝固了再去动它。”我按照妈妈说的，等蛋快凝结的时候，又翻炒了一会，并且把蛋用锅铲切成了一块一块的，盛到盘子里，又撒上了一些绿绿的葱花，金灿灿的，红彤彤的，漂亮极了。我闻了一下，啊，香喷喷的，恨不得一口就把它吃完。
我夹了一块给妈妈，妈妈吃了后说：“呀，太好吃了，你真棒，今天我有口福了！”还有呀，我还把它用相机拍了下来，放到了我的QQ上呢！不知道大家看到了会不会眼馋呢，我想，会的，一定会的！

从小时候懂事到现在，妈妈煮的饭菜永远是最美味的。我对妈妈烧的番茄炒蛋更是百吃不厌。番茄炒蛋不仅好闻、好吃、好看，正可谓是色香味俱全呀！更重要的是它的制作方法极其简单、省力。
番茄炒蛋肯定是离不开番茄的，所以首先先把洗好的番茄切块放在一边备用，然后再拿出两、三个鸡蛋打好放在碗里。把其他的调料准备在一边，这样就准备就绪了。起好火后浇两勺油在锅里，等油烧热了再把已经准备好的鸡蛋倒入锅中炒。见鸡蛋差不多时，再放入切好的番茄到锅里一起炒，炒了会再加点水在锅里。接着依个人口味喜好放入调味料，再撒上点准备好的香葱就更完美了。一盆香喷喷的番茄炒蛋就在那么几分钟后出炉了。
我一边从妈妈手中接过热腾腾的番茄炒蛋，一边仔细地欣赏着它。香葱零零散散地浮在上面，金灿灿的蛋皮和红通通的番茄相间在一起，加上淡红的汤汁，真是好看！我凑过去闻了闻它的味道，酸酸的又加上点香甜，一种说不出的好闻。我迫不及待了，立马抽了双筷子夹起一块黄黄的香香的蛋皮，我先咬了一小口，哇真是棒极了！接着再把一大块送进嘴里，我慢慢地品味着，感觉到汤汁在嘴里四溅。吃完后我口有余香地砸吧着嘴，细细地回想着刚才在嘴巴中发生的事……
记得那次，肚子里早已闹起“空城计”的我。闻到了由厨房里发出的诱人香味，便急奔厨房。看见桌上有一盘番茄炒蛋，不知它是冷是热，拿起一双筷子胡乱夹起一块番茄就往嘴里送。害得我丑态百出，却明白了一个道理“心急吃不了热豆腐”。

妈妈从冰箱里拿出了两个鸡蛋和一个番茄，让我先把蛋打在碗里，搅一搅。我把鸡蛋放在碗边敲了敲，鸡蛋就裂开了一条口子，慢慢地，口子越来越大，橙色的蛋黄和透明的蛋清顺流而下到了碗里。“对了，在蛋里放一些黄酒去腥味，还要少放些盐。”妈妈突然开口。“黄酒放了，盐嘛，正在放。”我撒着盐，喃喃说道。“嗒嗒嗒”这声音可是我搅蛋时发出的哟，好听吗？“番茄最好我来切，你是不会的。”听了妈妈的话，我只好乖乖的把这个“好位子”让给了妈妈。
接着，我把切好的番茄倒入锅内，点上火，锅内就“辟哩啪拉”的响了起来，我害怕得退了好几步。“该把蛋倒进去啦！”看我这样，妈妈在一旁提示道。我把蛋也倒了进去，蛋在锅里一会儿就凝固了。这时，一盘香气扑鼻的番茄炒蛋也要出锅了。
我坐在桌子旁，尝着香喷喷的番茄炒蛋，心里美滋滋的。

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?
