Everyone has his own dream. I want to be a good doctor in the future. The reason is that some doctors saved my life after I was badly hurt in a traffic accident. Our dreams can’t be realized unless we make all our efforts. Therefore, the first thing I will do is to remember what my dream is. 1、尊重孩子的同时要让孩子学会尊重他人。
人需要得到尊重，孩子也一样需要受到尊重，所以， 我们作为孩子家长，不要在其他人面前羞辱孩子。对涉及她的事情，我们应当尊重他本人的意见，对无理要求，多与其交换意见，得到她的.理解，这样她受到你的尊重，同样，涉及你他人的事情，他也会尊重他人的意见。
2、对待孩子要保持心平气和 ，更不要在情绪失控时责罚孩子。
平时，当我们叫孩子做某事时，如果他不愿意或不理睬时，我们就会不耐烦地对他大声吼或者威胁她，缺乏耐心，导致孩子很委屈，事半工倍。一旦家长对孩子要求不愿意或者不理睬时，孩子对家长也会采取同样的方法，容易导致孩子蛮不讲理。
3、表扬孩子要具体化且要鼓励持久性
现在的孩子都喜欢听表扬，对日常生活中她做的好的事件，多表扬几句，如：你好棒，好乖，好聪明，她会很高兴。而且下次做同样的事情，她就更加愿意去做。但是家长还应当将她做的好的地方具体分析，并且不断提高要求，以免造成什么都是她最好的意识，没有虚心学习他人长处的习惯。 4、让孩子快乐的学习
多让孩子参加力所能及的活动，多动手，多动脑，管理自己的事情，让孩子提供管理自己的事情，获得良好的锻炼。加上家长良好的指导、表扬，让孩子多些快乐成长经历，快乐的学习。
5、让孩子有梦想
让孩子有梦想，并为自己的梦想付出努力。要孩子不能够碌碌无为，应当积极向上，天天进步，树立良好的价值观。不能够盲从，坚持理想。

1、注意和谐家庭建设
家庭琐事，家庭矛盾，应当避开孩子处理，明确和谐家庭环境，是孩子心灵健康成长的保障。
2、多与孩子交流青春期秘密
让孩子多了解青春期秘密，树立良好的青春期心态，对孩子进行正确的引导，免受非法侵害，消除孩子对青春期的恐惧。
3、多与孩子交流国家重要历史人物、历史事件

4、多鼓励孩子参加社会活动
让孩子参加社会活动，可以多结交朋友，有更多的机会学习特殊事情的处理办法，让孩子知道如何收获都需要辛勤的耕耘。
5、多爱好，形成良好的品德、修养
培养孩子多些爱好，比如书画、、弹琴等等，既可增加业务爱好，也有利于孩子形成良好的品德、修养。
6、家长树立良好的榜样
家长作为孩子的第一老师，也是终身老师，必须处处起到示范作用，从自己做起，树立良好榜样。
