这烟的危害那个叫大呀，无法用言语来表达。我从报纸上得知烟草的烟雾中至少含有三种危险的化学物质：焦油，尼古丁和一氧化碳，焦油是由好几种物质混合成的`物质，在肺中会浓缩成一种粘性物质。尼古丁是一种会使人成瘾的药物，由肺部吸收，主要是对神经系统产生影响。一氧化碳能减低红血球将氧输送到全身的能力。一个每天吸15到20支香烟的人，其易患肺癌，口腔癌或喉癌致死的机率，要比不吸烟的人大14倍。
看到这里我不禁打了个寒颤，我下定决心劝说老爸戒掉吸烟这个坏习惯。于是我使出浑身解数，连纳兰老师教我们的计策我都运用上了。
第一计：激将法。爸，你戒烟是不是没这个毅力跟决心啊，这堂堂七尺男儿竟然屈服在一支小指粗细的香烟这下，是不是有损你的形象呀?去去去，抽烟是男人的象征，小孩懂什么?得，话还没说完就以失败而告终。
第二计：苦肉计。爸，这吸烟对你来说是不是有很多好处呀?比如烟可以让你在疲惫之时提神醒脑，人与人之间的见面之后递上一支烟可以加深两人之间的感情那是当然。我立马说道：那么爸爸，既然吸烟有这么多好处，我也向老爸多学学吸烟，因为好处多多嘛!来，给我也来上一支!
唉，瞧你这小鬼，套着我往深坑里跳哇?好好好，要我一下子戒掉不吸是不可能的，暂时先让我少抽点以后慢慢戒下来吧!
耶!在我的努力劝说下，老爸终于答应少抽烟了，虽然离戒烟的目标还是那么的遥远，但我想事情总得一步步来，但愿今后在我的督促下老爸能逐步地戒掉烟瘾，我期待着
