它让我知道了盘子里的美味菜肴都是农民伯伯勤劳种秧苗换来的，他们很勤劳，起早贪黑、披星戴月，中午太阳火辣辣的，我们却有的在家吹电风扇，有的在荫凉处乘凉扇扇子，有的跑到避暑山庄去避暑……而他们却在辛勤劳动，汗水从身上滴下，衣服滴湿了，滴透了，但他们丝毫不叫一声苦，不说一声累，也不停下来休息一下，而是继续辛勤劳动。我们以后要珍惜农民伯伯用辛勤、努力种出来的粮食，不能浪费一粒米，一片菜叶，上顿没有吃完下顿接着吃。吃饭的时候不能掉饭粒、挑食。这样我们才能充分地节约农民伯伯用汗水种出来的粮食。
“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”这句话，让我明白了要尊重别人的劳动，我们平常所用的每一样东西都是别人辛苦劳动所得到的，我们花的每一分钱都是父母辛苦挣来的，所以我们要节约使用，只有这样我们才是真正的学会了尊重别人的劳动果实。
