中华民族传统文化源远流长，文化中所蕴含的思想是值得我们继承并发扬光大的。其中，道德文化不仅仅是中华民族宝贵的精神财富，与此同时对幼儿的道德教育也发挥着重要的作用。中国历史上不缺乏有关仁、义、礼、智、信的典故，如孔融让梨、司马光砸缸等等。尊老爱幼、明礼诚信等传统道德观念一直以来都是被中华民族视作人生价值观的标准，加强对幼儿的中华民族传统美德教育可以为幼儿正确人生观价值观的树立奠定一定的基础。
（二）加强深厚师生感情的培养
当今，大多数都是独生子女，因此，每个父母对自己的孩子加以无微不至的照顾，捧在手心怕摔了，含在嘴里怕化了。这些在家中当惯了“皇帝”与“公主”的孩子们大多都是以自我为中心，继而缺乏集体观念和群体意识。所以，幼儿教师应该同家长一样，注重与幼儿之间的情感培养。在教师眼里，每个孩子应该都是单纯可爱的。每天陪在孩子身边，本就可以拥有许多与孩子亲近的机会，教师要充分利用这些机会，发自内心地关心幼儿的生活与学习，用自己的行为、语言来感化孩子。孩子们是最单纯的，相互关心并非难事。当孩子体会到教师的关心，他们会以自己的方式来回应教师。
（三）采用灵活多样的教学方式
若要对幼儿的不良品德进行有效矫正，教师就需要对其共同特点予以充分重视，与此同时还要与幼儿的个体差异相结合，从而做到有的放矢。总之，教师要根据每个孩子的个性特点进行因材施教。所以，教师要积极与孩子沟通，充分了解孩子们的生活习惯、学习状况以及性格，做出细致的分析以便于采取最为有效的教学方法，做到对幼儿的分层教育。
（四）加强与家长的沟通及相互配合
教师应该积极与家长进行沟通并寻求家长的配合。在家长接送孩子的过程中，教师便可以与家长进行沟通，促使家长充分意识到家庭教育的重要性，使之能够为孩子树立良好的行为习惯典范。与此同时，还要适当劝解家长不要对孩子过于溺爱。作为幼儿教师，我们应该协助家长为孩子构建一个良好的家庭教育环境。
（五）加强幼儿自尊心及集体荣誉感的培养
自尊心以及集体荣誉感的培养能够有效帮助幼儿克服自身缺点，并成为他们努力上进的动力。重视幼儿自尊心的培养来帮助其克服自身缺点的主要原因在于通过自尊心让幼儿形成对自我的重视，否则一味地批评与指责有时候会起到反作用，使幼儿渐渐产生“破罐破摔”的态度或其他对立情感。集体荣誉感培养是为了让幼儿意识到自己对于一个集体存在的意义，重视自己的同时自然会不断地去完善自己。
总之，幼儿们的学前教育需要家长、教师以及幼教机构的共同努力，形成密切的配合，从而为孩子们良好习惯的养成创造良好的环境。
