老舍纪念馆离酒店比较近，十分钟就到了一个胡同口。老舍的家是个普通的小四合院，只有三个房间，面积都不大。院子里十分宁静，游客不多，两颗柿子树似乎就是这座房子的守护神，一个小水池有着几条小红鱼。别看它们看起来很普通，但都是当年老舍先生用过的东西。三个房间里有两个是资料馆，展示着老舍先生的生平事迹。我看过老舍先生写的《四位先生》，在我的印象里，他在那么困难的时候还能写出那么有趣的文章，肯定是个乐观的人，但是没想到最后他居然投湖自尽了。据说在老舍去世后两年，诺贝尔文学奖投票票数最高的竟然是老舍，但是由于诺贝尔文学奖不颁给已经去世的人，所以中国与诺贝尔文学奖擦肩而过，直到莫言获奖。还有个房间是原状陈列的展览馆，有客厅、卧室和书房，有种中西合璧的感觉。
走出老舍纪念馆，我要赶紧休息去了，后面几天我还要参观故宫博物院、国家博物馆、恭王府、宋庆龄故居……
