你好！也许这个时候你还没有睡吧，现在已经是凌晨一点钟，你离睡觉还有多久，你一天的睡眠到底有多长时间。其实这不是对你的一种质问，当然我也没有权利或者是特殊的地位去要求你必须几点去睡觉。我也有熬夜的时候，比如说现在。其实熬夜是很辛苦的一件事情，当然熬夜肯定也有你不想割舍的东西，让你痴迷于此或者是不得不去，因为在你看来这已经是自己生命的一部分了，可是你知道这对你的'身体有多大的危害吗？也许你现在还很年轻，不知道其中的痛苦，当然我也不知道。熬夜的人分为俩种一般来说，一是娱乐，二是工作。
对于那些娱乐的人来说，她们大多数人是在玩游戏，她们舍不得放下她们手上的手机，她们的任务只有一个，就是把自己的级别升级。当然看剧的情况也是有的，比如我的上铺就是，为了看那年花开月正圆。她可以半夜才睡，也许她现在还在看剧吧！对于那些工作的人来说，我只能说句，辛苦了。也许你明天要交更重要的东西，或者有自己的目标，这就是要熬夜完成了。不然达不到目标，完不了项目，这是个很严重的问题。你不得不去熬夜。但是熬夜的人，你要知道，熬夜真的不是很好，就按照女孩子的保养来说吧，这样会使皮肤更加变老，黑眼圈会明显加重。这样的自己没有一点精神，还有对自己的眼睛也没有好处，这不是让自己得不偿失吗？所以，不要熬夜，保护好自己的身体，这次是最重要的事情。望大家保护好身体。
