搜索大脑的记忆，可以说，我看过的书大部分都是家长老师们所谓的毫无益处闲书，不值一提。除去闲书不说，最使我印象深刻感触最深的一本书便是最近五一长假读的《幸福了吗?》。
首先，要想了解一本书必须先认识它的作者。这本书的作者不是靠写作吃饭的职业作家，而是一名家喻户晓的知名央视主持人。他主持《新闻1+1》、《感动中国》、《新闻周刊》等节目，他的身影也曾出现在春节联欢晚会的舞台上。皱着眉头、表情凝重、语言犀利铸就了他的独特主持风格。他善于做出一些专家学者一般极富哲理的评论，也有着极强的责任感。他，就是白岩松。喜欢关注新闻的我自然也成了白岩松的忠实粉丝。当我在书店里看到这本书时，便下定决心要怀着一颗赤诚的心将它读完。果不其然，看完之后，它不仅唤醒了我对往昔的回忆，还引起了我对今日的反思。
幸福了吗?看似简单的问题，却直击内心。这个问题也曾在前段时间流行一时，然而通过央视记者和基层民众的问答，我们真的明白幸福的内涵了吗?我看不然。带着与自己内心的独白，我试着跟随作者一起寻找答案。伴随着中国三十余年的改革开放，一座座高楼拔地而起，一个个都市纷纷显现，人民的物质生活愈加丰富，看似是幸福多了，但人们脸上会心的笑容却一天天变少了。留心周围，我们不难发现，整个社会何尝不是充满了抱怨之声，官高的抱怨，位卑的也抱怨，富的抱怨，穷的也抱怨，难道这就是我们整天鼓吹的发自内心的幸福吗?与幸福相关，同时也是书中非常重要的一个名词，便是信仰。是啊，在这个十三亿人的文明古国中，我们的信仰是什么?我们的精神家园又在哪里呢?冥思苦想之后，不得不坦白地承认，我们真正信仰的不过是人民币，然而拥有了一摞摞的人民币之后我们就真的幸福了吗?这个问题留给大家来解决。
在本书中，有一段话是我印象深刻。“在墨西哥，有一个离我们很远又很近的寓言。一群人急匆匆地赶路，突然，一个人停下来。旁边的人很奇怪：‘为什么不走了?’停下的人一笑：‘走得太快，灵魂落在了后面，我要等等它。’”是啊，回到现实，才知道这个寓言时时刻刻都在我们身边体现着，在时间即金钱的现代社会，一切都被快节奏主宰着，放眼望去，人们吃的是速食面，读的是速成班，渴望的是一夜暴富，以至于人们追逐名利，罔顾道德与法律，一时间毒奶粉、地沟油、毒胶囊……你方唱罢我登场。然而，我们走得太快，谁又打算停下来等一等呢?如果走得太远，会不会忘了当初为了什么出发?正如白岩松所说，我们整天都在忙碌着，财富是有了，幸福却没见到。为什么会这样?金钱、权利、名誉到底能不能带来幸福?如果不能，我们又为什么要为它们拼命，为它们摒弃自己的道德线?如果不能，那又有什么能呢?人们都在忙着，又有几人能停下来思考思考这些问题，认真地于内心寻找幸福呢?随着阅读的深入，我在寻找答案的同时，也跟着作者反复反思、自省。
也许，追求幸福的过程本身就应当是幸福的，唯有摒除杂念，给心底留一份清静，幸福才会到达你的心间。当让，幸福也不必用口说出来，幸福只能用心感受，用行为暗示，说出来的幸福不是幸福。但是，有一点是肯定的，幸福不等于人民币。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

“您吃了吗？”是农村人见面常说的一句话，城里人说的频率就少很多了。
“您吃了吗？”您还真别笑话说这句话很土，现在见面都用“HELLO”代替了吧！可是讲这句话是有原因的。
大家都知道“民以食为天”这句话，但是能吃饱饭从来就不是所有人能够做到的。
“朱门酒肉臭，路有冻死骨。”可见吃饱饭是属于少部分人的专利。就今天而言，从改革开放到现在，虽然我们的生活水平有了很大提高，已经从“温饱”步入“小康”，可这“小康”是局部的；低水平的；不全面的。今年冬季遇到了十五年来最大的暴雪灾害，且不说这天灾酿成的交通困难和抢修要道耗费了有多少个亿，您知道吗？有多少人饿死，冻死了吗？在火车站上汇聚，带着望眼欲穿归期难料的忐忑，在等待中，他们吃饱饭了吗？现在真的不是物资匮乏的年代，是那些眼睛里尽看到钱的商家为了牟取暴利而故意提高物价，一盒普通的.方便面就要三十元，冲奶粉一次开水就要五元，试问有多少农民工负担得起这么昂贵的食品？有多少人因此隐忍着饥饿与寒冷在火车站上无奈的等待……
大雪无情，人有情，有爱就会有责任！好心的企业冒着严寒冲入拥挤为农民工送面包，送去关怀与温暖。我们感动着好心的企业的义举也担忧着灾区人民的冷暖。每每打开电视，在屏幕的最下端就是政府号召我们积极捐钱献物，为灾区人民送上温暖的字幕！以上的种种化为一句无声的问候——“您吃了没吗？”是一种毫不做作的亲切举动。
历史在前进，岁月无法倒流。过去我们来不及参与；现在正在见证；未来无法预见！从史书上，电视里，我们不难了解到：在古代，生产力低下，又鉴于官府的严苛赋税，他们的生活总是处于水深火热之中，要是再遇上个天灾什么的，那就更无法想象了。“兴，百姓苦；亡，百姓苦。”历史老师曾告诉我们这样一个史实：“在古代饥荒时期，在饥饿难耐之下他们不得不选择吃孩子，可是谁舍得吃自家的孩子呀？就跟别人换着吃，边吃边哭。”真是饿到极处泪双流！能够吃饱饭是古代农民最奢侈的盼望，所以他们见面时总爱亲切地问一声：“您吃了吗？”您不知道这句话有多凝重？那里面蕴涵多少期待与无奈啊？！
记得去年暑假我回家乡，我和爷爷奶奶坐在巷子里乘凉，星星早就一闪一闪地上岗了，月亮温柔的旋律笼罩着我们，一切显得安详和谐。大婶提着一篮子番薯，鞋底的沙子摩檫着混凝土地面“刷刷”的响，看样子是刚从田里回来，“您吃了吗？”她突然问了一句。还没等她离开，我就笑起来了：“都多晚拉！晚饭都要消化完了，还问我们吃了吗？”爷爷突然来劲了，严肃地说：“有什么好笑的，你以为每个人的生活都和你一样好，我小时侯老吃不饱；把裤带勒得老紧不说，就是一个劲地喝水，你知道我那时侯连学堂的门槛都跨不过去，整个人沉甸甸的，那是水肿呀！”听了爷爷的话，我不好意思地低下头。奶奶又挑起了回忆：“小时侯要说有多苦就有多苦，那时候见面谁都喊上一声：‘您吃了吗？’没几个能底气十足地回答，摇摇头忙活农田去了！”哦！原来“您吃了吗？”那是一句 常挂在嘴边的话，想改也改不掉，就算改了，也改不了心底那声朴素的问候！
生活在九零年代的我们，任谁都敢底气十足地说声：“我吃饱了！”现在我们比的是谁吃的更好，吃好了比享受！在蜜缸里长大的我们如何理解得了那份沧桑？是啊！人总是在追求的路上，不断往高处看，但在累了的时候，不妨往下看一看，看那些仍在为温饱发愁的同胞，给他们一点帮助，承担起一点社会责任，为我们的“小康”尽一点绵薄之力，然后亲切地问一声“您吃了吗？”
在口头禅变得比换牙刷的速度还快的今天，请给“您吃了吗？”留一个位置，给弱势群体留一点爱心，给严寒冬夜留一把火炬…….
