My father is a tall man with a pair of glasses. Everyone says he is a kind-hearted man. He often helps his neighbours and some strangers whom he doesnt know at all. He has really done a lot for others. I dont like him to do so because I think it has taken him too much time. When I discourage him, he always says with a smile,The world needs warm hearts.
My father loves his family, and loves his work even better. In the company, he is called workaholic He spends most of his time working, and often forgets to have meals or to go to bed.As a result,he doesnt enjoy good health. My father likes reading in his spare time. He told me reading was very interesting. I became interested in reading little by little. I like books, because they help me in many ways. My father has a bad habit he likes smoking very much. I hate it. See, the house is full of smoke. I know its bad for his health as well as mothers and mine. I advise him to give up smoking. Im sure he will follow my advice some day. Such is my father. I am proud of having such a good father.

雪终于不负众望，在它的主场冬天莅临了。回首前几年，只有春天是雪的归期，这姗姗来迟的雪让人倍感凄凉。
可能有人会问，冬天下雪不是很正常吗?其实，随着“全球变暖”的加剧，冬天已经不再是名副其实的冬天了，没有雪，有的只是干燥乏味。
所谓“全球变暖”，指的是一般时间中，地球的大气和海洋因温室效应而造成温度上升的气候变化，而其所造成的效应称之为全球变暖效应。据统计，1981年~1990年全球平均气温比100年前上升了0。48摄氏度!20世纪全世界平均温度越攀升0。6摄氏度!
而这就意味着冬季气温的爬升，从而导致“雪”这个原本无比亲切的词，离我们越来越远。但不仅仅是这些，甚至会从自然灾害到生物链断裂!
但这一切是如何造成的呢?
原来，全球变暖是人类一手造成的!无论是汽车尾气，工业废气等等，都会排排出大量的二氧化碳等温室气体，而这些温室气体，像玻璃罩一样，紧紧地罩在我们的上空，太阳照射在地球的热量不断到达地面，却无法逸散，从而使气候圈不断增温，导致全球变暖。
除二氧化碳以外，对产生温室效应有重要作用的气体，还有甲烷、臭氧、氯氟烃以及水气等。现在人口急剧增多，工业飞速发展，排入空气中的如上气体也相应巨增，而森林树木又被过分砍伐，导致应被森林吸收的废气没有被吸收……就是这些不经意的活动，在慢慢腐蚀着地球的生命。
为此，联合国就专门制定相关条约，控制二氧化碳排放量，各发达国家与发展中国家之间相互联合，有助于积极应对气候变化带来的各种挑战，并打好“地球保卫战”。
中国做出的贡献尤为突出，各个部门坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”的信仰，着力保护生态。
作为中学生，首先要做到不浪费纸张，低碳出行也是一件尤为重要的事，最后，为环境的保护贡献力量也是我们应该也必须去做的，人人具备环境保护意识，那么全球变暖的危机将会逝于一旦。
现如今，雪以如期而至，这见证着世界人民对环境的保护，我们要再接再励，让冬天富有冬意!

Zhang Xin is our monitor. She is tall, healthy and lively. She does well in all subjects. She is fond of sports and is good at singing and dancing.Zhang Xin works hard at English. When she came to the school, she had quite a lot of difficulties with the language. But she was not afraid of them and always tried her best to overcome them. She was active in class and did a lot of practice after class. No pains, no gains. With great efforts she made much progress in English study.Zhang Xin is modest and always ready to help others. She is very strict with herself in her work and daily life. She sets us all a fine example.
张欣是我们的班长，她长得很高，身体很好充满活力。她各科都很优秀，喜欢运动，且能歌善舞。她学习英语很刻苦，刚来的时候，学习英语有语言障碍。但她从不怕困难，并且不断尝试去克服困难。她在课堂上很积极，课后也做很多练习，一分耕耘一分收获，这些努力使她英语取得很大的进步。张欣很谦虚，而且乐于助人，她对自己的学习和工作都严格要求，为我们树立了好榜样。
