1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

我最爱吃的水果是柚子。
每当到了柚子成熟的季节，柚子树上就挂满了圆圆的果实，有的略显棱角。虽然柚子的外表并不好看，它没有苹果那副红润而光滑的外表，令人一望而生爱慕之心，也没有菠萝那股诱人的香味令人如醉如痴。它只有一层粗糙的、硬硬的、黄黄的果皮。但是柚子的香味优雅而清淡，使人闻着就要流口水。
别看柚子的外皮丑陋，用途可大了呢！它的皮泡成茶可以清火；还可以做成一盏小灯，在漆黑的夜晚走路当手电筒用；如果不想花钱买装饰物，你还可以把它做成小房子，当装饰品用，看起来不仅美观，还能让满屋充满清香。
柚子里面可美了，只要你剥开它那厚厚的外皮，就会露出白里透黄、亮晶晶、水灵灵、耳朵似的柚子瓣。人们吃着品着那有点甜中带着点苦味的汁水，又清火，又解渴，真是果中佳品。这时候，你才能真正地领略到心灵美的内涵。

上周末，我和爸爸、妈妈还有小妹一起去了万仙山游玩，领略一下祖国的大好河山！
早上七点，我们便踏上了旅程之路，万仙山在辉县市西北部，在太行山的腹地，总面积六十四平方公里。由于不熟悉路线，我们走了近四个小时，穿过了两个涵洞，才到达目的地，将车停在停车场，坐景点的旅游大巴，继续向山上行驶。
我们的第一站是郭亮村，这是一个藏在深山中的小村庄，真可谓“白云深处有人家”。
坐在大巴上，只见汽车沿着盘山公路弯弯曲曲地向上爬着，司机边走边给大家介绍着沿途的风景。风景有很多，但是最吸引我的是现在正在跑的公路，它叫“崖上公路”，太威风了：在悬崖绝壁中间打一个个洞把它修成一条公路，从洞向外望去，只见对面是万丈悬崖，笔直料峭，山谷深不见底，我们不由得惊叹大自然的神奇，修路人的不易和伟大啊！到达郭亮村，这是一个只有十几户人家的小山村，崇山峻岭在四周蜿蜒盘旋，新鲜的空气、清爽的树叶、野花的芳香弥漫着整个村庄，电影《举起手来》就是在这个村庄拍摄的，看到这个村庄，仿佛这部电影又展现在眼前：一件纯白土布大衫、一条大裆宽腿黑裤、一双包在白裹脚外的黑布鞋，再加上一脸的络腮胡子———一个敢做敢为、不屈不挠、满腔正气、顶天立地的北方大汉正在智斗日本鬼子！
离开郭亮村，我们坐上游览车向下一个景点黑龙谭驶去。
哎呦，太阳可不听话啦！不知不觉就跑到天空妈妈的怀中去撒娇啦！黑龙潭在山底，我们沿着S形的.盘山公路开始下山。临近黑龙潭，映入眼帘是绿色的树林，耳朵里听到的是鸟语花香伴着哗哗的流水声，整个画面就像一幅画！一下子感觉凉爽了许多！下了游览车，我们直奔主景点——黑龙潭。只见一线瀑布飞流而下，注入潭中，潭水深不见底，偶见一小鸟，似乎是口渴了，又怕游览的人群惊扰它，在飞瀑中间叼水喝，还是飞瀑的后面也藏着“水帘洞”呢？潭水旁边有一小洞，据说那是神仙住的地方，充满神奇，我们也很好奇，可也不敢去惊扰。
由于时间关系，黑龙潭上方的黄龙洞我们没有去攀登，很遗憾。我们向当地老乡购买了一些山核桃、野葡萄干、山参果等土特产就匆匆下山了。
万仙山，真是神仙居住的地方啊！要不怎么叫万仙山呢！它的景色可以用“奇”和“险”来概括。
万仙山———人间仙境！我爱你，万仙山，我爱你，大自然，我爱你，袓国的大好河山！
