8月1日，我们一行人乘坐春秋航班，来到了梦寐以求的海滨城市──青岛。那是一座依山傍水的美丽山城，那里有一望无际的海水浴场，有风景秀丽的崂山，还有精巧别致的红瓦绿树，真不愧为避暑度假的好地方。
我们先来到闻名的“海上名山”的崂山。我们的车行驶在崂山的盘山公路上，窗外群峰耸立，山海相接；山脚下海浪阵阵，波涛滚滚。我感到像到了人间仙境一样，令人心旷神怡。
登山了，我们沿着山路往上爬。不久，一排瀑布骤然出现在眼前，那瀑布就像巨龙飞腾，气势磅礴。这就是著名的“龙潭瀑布”，果真名不虚传，那宏伟的`气势就像“飞流直下三千尺”般壮丽。
第二天，我们来到了海滨浴场冲浪。青岛的海边美丽极了：天是一片蓝玉，海是一块翡翠，远望水天相连，蔚为壮观。我们踩在细软的沙滩上，奔向那向往已久的大海。
大海卷起一层层美丽的浪花，呼啸着向沙滩打来，一眨眼它又逃了回去，就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时，一个一米多高的大浪拥上来，我赶紧把身体背过去，一浪过去了，我就向前走几步。不一会儿，又一排大浪冲来，我赶紧往回跑……我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏，绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声，那感觉正是爽极了。
青岛之旅给我留下了深刻的印象，要开学了，我多希望能有一个像去旅游那样快乐的新的开始啊！

On the second day, we came to the beach and surf. The sea of Qingdao very beautiful: the sky is a turquoise sea, is a piece of jade, Yuanwang spectacular water. We stepped in the soft beach, toward the long sea.
The sea rolled up a layer of beautiful waves and whistled to the beach. In the blink of an eye it fled back like a naughty child. In a few moments, another row of waves rushed, and I ran back... We in the sound of the waves in the sea waves play each other furiously, leaving our laughter, the feeling is very good.
The trip to Qingdao left a deep impression on me. To start school, I wish I could have a new start like going to travel.

老老鼠得意的教训他的'孩子们：“瞧，学门外语是多么重要啊。”说完，便又和小老鼠糟蹋起粮食来，直到吃饱了，老老鼠才带领小老鼠回到洞里，乐滋滋地进入了梦乡。
一觉醒来，已是第二天的早晨。老老鼠想，如果教孩子们学会一门外语，就用不着时时处处为他们操心，自己便可以在家享享清福了。老老鼠越想越高兴，一骨碌爬起来，急匆匆地跑到大厅，对小老鼠说：“昨天，是我用外语吓跑了那只花猫，看来，学门外语对我们是多么重要啊!所以，我想利用今天出发前这段时间，给你们上一堂外语课，逐步地教你们学一点谋生的本领，你们愿意吗?”小老鼠不假思索地回答：“想---”并且把声音拖得长长的，唯恐老老鼠听不见或者不高兴。于是，老老鼠认真的把学狗叫时发音的口型、姿势等基本要领向他们作了示范，要求他们认真琢磨，反复练习，务必做到发音要正确。然而，小老鼠学了一会儿便耐不住心烦，认为发音准不准无所谓，只要叫出声就行，猫哪有那么聪明?想着想着，一个个争先恐后地离开了大厅。
小老鼠一出门，便来到粮田里大胆地吃起粮食来。这时，那只花猫也正好从这里路过，小老鼠发现后，都说开了并没有学会、发音还不准确的外语，谁知那只猫不但没有被吓跑，反而把小老鼠一个一个吃掉了。老老鼠刚一出门便发觉此事，吓得立刻瘫倒在地上，正好被虎视眈眈的花猫逮了个正着。
学习是一种繁重的脑力劳动，决不能不懂装懂，弄虚作假，应该虚心学习，学好本领，做一个对社会有用的人。

种种因素加剧了我的忐忑不安。我一次次深呼吸，试图缓解紧张的心情。当我听到“请第二组上场比赛”这句话时，我的心跳得越来越快了，手心直冒冷汗。我慢慢地走上台，拿起话筒，准备开始朗读，望着台下黑压压的'一片，我十分紧张，这时一阵悠扬的音乐传来，原来这是《灰姑娘》电影的主题音乐，听着听着，原来紧张的情绪渐渐平缓了下来，我先说了一句自我介绍，接着开始我的那部分朗诵，可我还没读完，PPT就自动跳到了第二张，其他同学和我一样，只读了几句话，PPT又自动跳掉了，这让台上的我们不知所措。“谢谢大家”就这样，我们草草地结束了这次演讲。
虽然这次演讲很糟糕，但这给我的下一次上台创造了勇气和自信。这次外语节让我十分难忘。

In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.
There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.
In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.
