上课了，我对自己充满了信心，可是我一看到老师的'眼睛，我的信心就不知道飞到什么地方去了。
老师问了个问题，我明明知道的，我正想举手，可是手就是不听使唤，就是不举手，我在心里告诫自己，一定要举手。我把手慢慢举起来，可是我又把手缩了回来。为什么我不举手呢？我一定要举手。可是我又不敢。举手，不举手，举手，不举手……我在心里踌躇不定，刚刚想举起来的手，又放下，老师叫了别人来回话，我用手敲了敲脑袋，自己为什么这么没用，不敢举手？
老师又问了很多问题，可是我没有举手，每次都是想举手而不敢举手。下课后，我狠狠地敲了一下脑袋，为什么我这么没用，这次还是没有克服恐惧。为什么啊！
又是一节语文课，我想这次可不能和上次一样了，一定要举手。
老师又问了一个问题，我依旧有些恐惧，可是，我的脑细胞催我快点举手，于是我举了手，不出所料，老师果然叫了我，于是我克服了心中的恐惧，回答了老师的问题。没想到我竟回答正确了，我的心里喜滋滋的，因为我克服了自己心中的恐惧，还回答正确了。

恐惧是人生道路上必备的一只”拦路虎“，但我们只要用心直面恐惧，就可以将它克服。
车终于停了，晕车的我和姐姐迷迷糊糊的从车的后面下来，前面就是东山浴场了。沙滩上大家给泳圈打气的打气，搭帐篷的搭帐篷，只剩我没事干，就戴好泳镜在沙滩上面跑来跑去，结要灌了一鞋的沙子。我刚抖完那鞋子里硌脚的沙子，姐姐帮我挑了个泳圈和爷爷我们三一起奔向大海。我原本以为我不在恐惧，可刚走进海水里，我的腿就软了，在爷爷的保护下来到了齐腰深的`海水时，我早就已吓的心惊胆战了，只好停下了。爷爷在水里面只露出脑袋和胳膊享受着海水带给他的清凉，而我则学着姐姐的样子装模做样的趴在泳圈上，不趴不要紧，刚一趴我就头朝下，腿往水面上浮，差点栽进水里，但为了不让大家把我当成胆小鬼，我硬是在水面上“狗刨”了半天才撑握好了平衡。
就在这时爸爸妈妈来到了我的跟前用水泼我，激烈的水仗开始了，我借着泳镜的优势将他们进攻击退了，我正兴高采烈时，一艘赶路驳船在水平线上驶过，船把大浪惹怒了，浪从缓渐渐增大。我心里是恐惧的，但我一定要有点面子，装做若无其事的躺在泳圈上，浪眼看来了，我闲上眼睛，只觉得整个人向上一窜，猛的往下一坠，就被大浪推开了，我睁开眼睛，忽然间，我觉得大海并不是我想像中的那么可怕，浪涛也不再让我恐惧了。经历了浪涛的洗理，它告诉我，克服了恐惧，战胜了自己。
这次去海边令我记忆深刻，因为：只要用心中强大的一面来面对恐惧，心中的恐惧自然会被克服。
