正在这时，大象伯伯来了，它问：“小白兔，你有什么烦心事儿吗?”小白兔回答说：“大象伯伯，我想要到对面去采蘑菇，可是我过不去。”大象伯伯灵机一动，把自己的尾巴搭成一个梯形，让小白兔走上去，再把四根“柱子”伸进水里，再把又粗又长的鼻子伸到河对面。小白兔就像滑滑梯一样，“咕噜”一声滑到了河对面。
啊，小白兔终于看见了五光十色的大大小小的蘑菇了，小白兔眉开眼笑。

猫的秘密被我发现，感觉安全受到了威胁。一夜的工夫她把四只小猫都叼离书房，不知运到什么地方去了。
夏天，倾盆大雨一直下个不停。晚上，那哗啦呼啦的雨声搅得人无法安睡。我坐在书房里，反复苦苦斟酌着诗中的两个字眼。这时，透过那哗哗的大雨，我隐约听到门外有一两声熟悉的猫叫，仔细听来又停了，刚又静下心来，又响了两声。
我不禁打了个冷战，难道那只猫又回来了？我赶紧起身，打开门，只见一只落汤鸡似的瘦瘦的猫，没有半点精神，眼睛却哀求地望着我。我不明白，这只可怜又伟大的猫为什么冒着生命危险又返回我家呢？
这时，一声哀叫，我的心顿时被感化了，赶紧把她抱进了屋，用毛巾擦干她的身子，又找来一些好吃的食物。心想：有我这样好心的主人相救，她一定不会再走了。但是，她的那四只小猫呢？正当我纳闷的时候，她突然衔起刚才给她的食物向门外冲去。我在她身后跟着走了很远，在一个冷冷清清破旧的小屋前，我悄悄地跟着她走了进去，让我惊奇的是那四只小猫正在一堆柴草堆中酣睡，那情景是多么温暖。
我再次被猫那伟大的母爱感动了，为自己的孩子在这恶劣的环境下，她竟不顾一切冒着生命危险，为孩子找食物，而我们的母亲对我们又何尝不是这样呢？所以，让我们一起学习珍视生命，感恩母亲吧？
