我经常见到这样的景象：有的同学不想吃早餐，经常买一些“三无”食品到学校，等老师不注意，就把“三无”食品倒进饭盒里当早餐吃；一些人为了睡 懒觉，把早餐和午餐浓缩为一餐；一些人一边吃着滚烫的火锅，一边喝着冰凉的啤酒，忘记了“热不灼唇、寒不冰齿”的告诫。因此，造就了许多小孩营养不良症及 许多成人富贵病。
无视饮食习惯，生命和健康就变成了无本之木、无源之水。
大家都知道复旦大学的博士生、教师于娟吧，32岁的她临终前在她的博客中反思道：“瞎吃八吃、暴饮暴食、嗜荤如命是我患病的重要原因”！32岁，生命及事业正如日中天时，但就这样凋谢了，而这重要原因归于她不良饮食习惯，多可惜啦！
要想身体健康，我们在进行合理食物搭配同时，还要有良好的饮食习惯，反之，早晚健康受损，疾病上。

最近，我看见一则新闻，就是关于健康饮食的。有个小孩才5岁，他住在他的爷爷家，有一天他和爷爷去散步，他突然看见一个人在喝可乐，爷爷心疼孙子，就买了一瓶给他喝，就从那以后，他就一直把可乐当水喝，而且晚上从来都不刷牙，没过两年，他就被送进了医院，医生在检查时，几乎都看不到他的牙齿。因为，他的牙齿已经被可乐一颗一颗地“吃掉”了。
还有一件事故发生在自己身上，就是在一个严热的夏天热的仿佛大地都裂了一样，我被热得实在不行了，我就跑进厨房，打开冰箱拿出四五个雪糕，不一会儿全被我吃光了，结果我晚上就拉肚子了。我问妈妈为什么，妈妈说：“因为你一下子吃太多雪糕了，胃消化不了，受了冷食物的刺激。”我恍然大悟。
所以小朋友们千万不要吃垃圾食品，也不要爆饮爆食，因为这些都会应影响我们的身体健康哦！
