今天，我在电视上看到了一个男厨师又切菜、又炒菜，忙得不亦乐乎。炒菜真的那么有趣吗？不行，我也得试试，我想起妈妈昨天买回来的青瓜，于是，我想到了炒青瓜。
我先把青瓜的头和尾都磨了几次，然后把青瓜切成薄薄的一片片。接着我把煤气打开，再把油倒在锅里，那油弹到我的手背上，烫极了。为了防止这样的事再发生，我戴上了手套。我把青瓜倒下去，热泡又弹起来，因为我戴上了手套，所以我不会再会被烫伤。我拿起锅铲，在锅里挥了几手，我想这时应该把锅盖盖上，虽然我不知道妈妈把锅盖放在哪里，但是我还是找到了。一会儿，我打开锅盖一看后，偷偷地吃了一块，哎呀！我忘记放盐了呀！我马上把盐倒到青瓜里，把盐搅匀，一碟青瓜炒好了。我津津有味地尝着我的作品，哇，味道还真不错！
从今天这件事中，我知道做事只要不怕苦，就可以成功。

我非常喜欢做菜。
这不，妈妈今天从菜场买回了两根黄瓜，我就说：“今天我来做凉拌黄瓜！”妈妈点头答应了。
我连飞带跑地到了厨房。然后边思考凉拌黄瓜的做法，边开始动手洗菜。
我先将黄瓜清洗干净，并用抹布把黄瓜上的刺搓去，再用刀把黄瓜头部与尾部切去。接下来，用刀把黄瓜切成两半，再把两半各切成厚薄均匀的黄瓜片，放人大碗中。接着，我把生姜、大蒜清洗好，把皮去掉，再把它们切成碎末，放人碗中；然后把盐、鸡精、糖，用调羹撒人碗里，除了这些，还要把醋倒人碗中。调料放好后，再均匀地搅拌两下。最后，把拌好的黄瓜连碗一起放人冰箱。过二十分钟后，再把麻油倒人碗中，一碗“名菜”就登场了。
我尝了一口黄瓜，哇！太好吃了，连妈妈也赞不绝口。
原来，做菜也很有成就感！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

今天妈妈歇班，说是要做一道我最爱吃的“鱼香肉丝”，我一听立刻兴奋起来，于是，就跟着妈妈去买菜。不多时，我和妈妈买来了白嫩嫩的竹笋，红通通的辣椒，黑黝黝的木耳和新鲜的'肉块。回到家，只见妈妈先把竹笋、辣椒、木耳和肉块放在水龙头下冲洗干净，再用锋利的菜刀把肉切成丝，辣椒切成条，木耳切成丁，竹笋切成片。妈妈切菜的动作很美，速度很快，膀子不动，只是手腕持刀上下挥舞。不像爸爸浑身用力，好象使出九牛二虎之力，切完菜直喊累。妈妈切出的菜不管是条还是片都很均匀。一切准备就绪，开始炒菜了，油锅在厨房里吱吱作响，菜从锅里直往上冲，我真有些担心菜会跑出来，正在这时，只见妈妈抓住锅把翻了个身，菜又很听话地回到锅中，看来我的担心是多余的。菜炒的差不多了，妈妈用锅铲挖了一点菜水，眉头一皱，两眼一眯，嘴巴一噘，吸了一口菜汁，尝尝咸淡。
最后，妈妈从厨房里端出“鱼香肉丝”，喷香、色浓，真好吃呀！

一直以来，我就认为妈妈做的菜太好吃了，香香的，每次都让我食欲大增。于是，我下定决心 也要学会烧菜。
但是妈妈从来不让我碰那些锅碗瓢盆。咦？我何不让我亲爱的.干妈来教我呢？我来到干妈家，说明来意并且提议今天就教我做一个番茄炒蛋，没想到干妈豪爽地答应了我，娘俩开心地进入厨房，还把做番茄炒蛋的材料准备好了，鸡蛋和番茄冰箱里都有，是现成的。
“噼里啪啦，”忽然，油像不听话的孩子一样活蹦乱跳，爆来炸去，吓得我赶紧退后，干妈把我退上前，说：“没事，都是这样的，没关系。”听了干妈的话，壮着胆子走上前继续炒。
鸡蛋变得黄灿灿的，番茄红彤彤的，还流着汁水。整个厨房弥漫着诱人的清香。让我闻得“口水直流三千尺”我用小勺子勺起盐，洒在锅里，一盆红黄相间，芳香扑鼻的番茄炒蛋就大功告成了，干妈尝了尝，连声夸我：“不错，不错！”看来我有做菜的天赋，将来，我一定要当一个戴着大白帽子的高级厨师！

今天是我满十岁的生日，妈妈决定叫我做几道菜来庆祝一下。妈妈决定教我一些简单的菜，以免我学不会。
首先，妈妈先准备好了材料：大肉、姜、葱、花椒、土豆、大白菜、西红柿、鸡蛋、红萝卜等。妈妈准备教我西红柿鸡蛋汤、肉丸子、炸土豆、闷萝卜、白菜汤等。准备好了这些材料就开始开工了，我和妈妈先一起洗菜，结果我把菜弄成了光杆，然后和妈妈削土豆，结果妈妈削完了好一会儿我才削完，而且都快把土豆削没了，之后分工做，妈妈负责切菜，我负责把材料点好，以免有差错或用时找不到，再把火弄好。
准备好了一切，我们就开始炒菜了。妈妈先让我把油倒上，等把油烧开了妈妈就把菜倒进去，过了一会儿妈妈就让我去炒，做每道菜都是这样。
过了几个小时，菜也都做好了，爸爸和姐姐买蛋糕也回来了，然后我和妈妈把菜端上桌，爸爸和姐姐切蛋糕，之后我们一家人开开心心地边吃、边喝、边玩、边看。
我觉得这个生日过得最精彩了，我还有许多收获。
