新世纪大桥又名彩虹桥，它为中承式拱桥，北接市区经二路，南通广元路。主桥长650米，引桥及道路长800米，桥宽26米，2002年10月1日建成。桥的两侧有红色和银色组成的栏杆，桥下有许多桥墩，像一个个大手把桥托了起来。晚上的桥更美丽，桥上的彩灯闪烁着，给黑暗中又增添了一丝光彩，桥上的霓虹映入河水中，像一幅水墨画。
