在香港，有一个公益组织，买了一些设备，可以使餐余垃圾分解，成为肥料，可用于培养土壤的肥沃度，这样既有利于垃圾无害化处理，也有利于土壤变肥沃。
不过之前的土壤重金属问题也备受关注，这危机到我们的蔬果安全问题。人们总说，不要问我想吃什么，要问我可以吃什么。这便是中国如今食品方面问题的缩影。
所以说，在垃圾分类方面，我们不仅要分好其他垃圾、可回收垃圾和餐余垃圾，也要重视有害垃圾。
可是，现在有少数人们连什么垃圾属于哪一类都不知道，教人如何分类？所以说，想要做好垃圾分类的工作，应该一步一步地改进。要加大力度去宣传，来提高人们的环保意识。
当然，还有一个现在社会较为严峻的问题，那就是电池。一粒纽扣电池可污染60万升水，等于一个人一生的饮水量。一节电池烂在地里，能够使一平方米的土地失去利用价值，所以把一节节的废旧电池说成是“污染小炸弹”一点也不过分，重金属污染威胁着人类的\'健康，人类如果忽视对重金属污染的控制，最终将吞下自酿的苦果，因此，加强废旧电池的回收就日显重要了。
但是，用剩的废电池，我却不知应该交给谁，怎样去处理它。因此，我认为政府也应该在这方面出一份力了。
如果每个人分一下垃圾，或许，我们的家园就可以干净一分，这更是为我们的将来而着想。之所以我们要重视垃圾分类，是因为环境的保护很重要。
