Secondly,of course, taking exercise more often and taking good sleep to build your body are wise choices for you to reduce the risk of being infected.
Last but not the least, if you are unlucky to be infected with the slight flu cold, try to stay at home,and take some medicine. Do pay attention to your daily body temperature. If you have a high fever, go to the hospital without delay for further treatment. Make sure you are not expected to come back to school before the cold or flu is cured.

在热带雨林里，到处都是些热带植物和珍稀惜动物，这些的景观让我想到：我正是来对了。瞧！那是：“跳舞草”，“银衫”“珙桐”……这些奇珍异草都给了我一个又一个的惊喜。突然，天公不做美，天上竟然下起雨，打起雷来。而我竟然忘了带伞，怎么办！我一边跑着一边寻找躲避的地方，这时，我看见一个山洞，像在沙漠里看到绿洲一样，不顾一切的进了洞。打开手电筒，我一步步往前走，走到洞中央，我看到了一片奇景：这真是钟乳石的天堂，一块块奇形怪状、千姿百态的钟乳石，都是世界罕见的，而且还有蓝色、红色、黄色和各种颜色，把整个洞映的五彩斑斓！真正是一个奇迹的山洞！
我继续向前走，这时，不远处射出一道夺目的金光。我走进一看，怎么是一个发光的蛋，它比一般的蛋要打许多，而且蛋壳上面布满一层金色的鳞片，那光就是从这里散发出来的，里面到底是什么呢？我正在想，突然，一声清脆的的蛋壳裂开的声音，我定眼一看，里面竟然钻出一只虎头虎脑，十分活泼的小猴子！怎么会呢？世上怎么会有“猴蛋”呢？这只小猴子竟对我自我介绍起来：“我叫多比，我要你去见一见世界上保持得最完好而从来没有人类发掘的原始森林！”于是，我与这位小侯子成了好朋友。
从这儿到小猴子所说的那片原始森林要走2、3天，一路上我和调皮的小猴子在一起，一会儿打打野果，一会儿采采蘑菇，尽情地享受着大自然给予的恩惠。3天过后，我们走进了那片原始森林。一走进森林，就有了一丝凉意，仔细一看，这里的植物全是将要面临着灭绝的植物：银山、桫椤、银杏。我真不敢相信，世界上居然有这么完好的森林！小猴子告诉我：“这是我们的乐园，这里没有污染，充满宁静，而我们这些家族成员也十分珍惜这自然资源，从来不破坏它们。”这时我才发现，这里除了猴子，在没有别的动物了，包括一只鸟！这里的一切让我震撼不已。
大自然的奥秘是无穷无尽的，只要我们努力探索，一定会有许多惊喜的发现！

早上九点，我们来到了南靖的乐土雨林，一进入林子，出现在眼前的是茂盛的参天古树，像一把把遮阳伞，整个天空被遮住了，只有一些缝隙里透进来一丝一丝的.阳光，形成了抬头望不到蓝天的美景。我们拾阶而上，陡梯上长满了新鲜的苔藓，大概昨晚下过雨，地上是湿的，空气却非常清新。
我们一行走进山谷，没有风，旁边的古树、大树、小树，都直挺挺地“站”着，好像是在欢迎我们到来似的。我仔细观察，发现树上伴生着许许多多的藤，每条藤都长得很粗，特长。我从外面进来都没看见藤的两端，不知道从哪里冒出来，弯弯曲曲的也不知道延伸到了哪里？据说，这些藤已有上百年的年纪。有几株从枝干上伸出头来，爬到地上，横在路上像是要挡住我们的去路，这些藤也真够调皮、淘气的了。刚说完呢！前面就有一根大树藤，横卧在空中挡路，我侧身一跳，越过了那“调皮藤”，可爸爸、妈妈他们却都只能“狗爬洞”了。一看那个苍劲样子就知道这些藤都是老藤了。不知道它门走过了多少年头，经历过多少风雨。
走着走着，前面出现了一颗大树，一看就知道又要几个人才能把它抱过来，这棵树可能又上百年了。在这里我感受到：这些古树全都有上百上千岁了，我仿佛走进了历史。
再往深处，我看见了平时少见的板状根，那些板状根从树顶上长出来，一直往下长，伸进土里，简直就和这棵树融为一体。还有些板状根呈旋转形，从一边拉到另一边，直的看就像个天然晒衣绳。
又走了一会儿，我们开始下山，在半山腰，我看到路旁边的大树上长出一条“U”形根，我坐在上面，刚好当个秋千，可好玩了！心里想：“这藤真是千姿百态！”
下了山，我有点恋恋不舍，真想下次再来。
