今天又是高考的日子，很多考生都在炎炎夏日中奔赴考场。每年的高考都不乏有发挥超常和发挥失常的学生。有些学生的水平都差不多，为什么考出来的成绩却大相径庭？这时我们就要提到一个概念，心理素质。其实高考就是考两种能力，一是基础知识的掌握及应用能力，二是你的心理素质。有很多考生平时掌握的基础好，但是一面临考试就两脚发软，大脑一片空白。而往往那些在高考中真正取胜的人都是心理素质较好的考生。
心理素质，可以说是决定成就大小的一个重要因素，有人曾研究发现，在那些成绩平平与取得较大成就的人身上，最明显的差别不在于智力水平，而在于是否他们具有良好的心理素质。
就如我们伟大的科学家爱迪生，他曾经试验一次电灯泡试验，就经历了上万次失败，如果没有良好的心理素质，又怎能在这种频繁毁灭性的打击下依旧做到桃花笑春风呢？爱迪生曾遭遇一次火灾，当他被人发现时，他正在火灾堆中平静地看着火势，并对他的儿子说：“快去叫你的母亲，她恐怕一辈子也见不到这样的'场面。”这种淡定与平和，是普通人无法超越的，而正是因为这种淡定与平和良好的心理素质，才是爱迪生给后人创造了那么多的发明，成就物理新时代。
心理素质，不仅在取得成绩，获得成就方面有很大的意义，对人们的身体健康更是有不可忽视的功能。在21世纪，人们的生活压力大，时时都面临着下岗，失业的风险。甚至是学生，也有着考试挂科的心理危机。在这些沉重的打击下，很容易导致心理失衡。这是导致健康问题。所以我们不仅要重视心理素质，更要懂得如何去获得良好的心理素质。这样才能获得身心的健康，从而取得成就，扬起人生的船帆。
在21世纪，最重要的是知识，但比知识更重要的是能力，而比能力更重要的是心理素质！希望朋友们都能够具有良好的心理素质，顺利地披荆斩棘，到达成功的彼岸！
