在一个清凉的夏日夜晚，风声打破了夏日的沉寂，明朗的月亮，高高地挂在夜空，把光亮撒向人间，就连往日的欢声笑语也没有了。广阔的`原野，绿草如茵，一碧千里，好似一片绿色的海洋。一眼望去，宛如无边的绿毯。
这时还没有见到归来的牧童，却先听见了牧童悠扬的笛声，他的笛声让人欢快。又时断时续，能使人舒畅，还让人欢心，这随风飘扬的笛声代表着牧童欢快的心情。牧童的笛声愈来愈近，越来越清晰了。
牧童吃完晚饭，已是黄昏之后了。他一边用精湛的技巧吹着笛子，一边向草地走去。他悠闲地躺在露天地里欣赏着今晚的明月，心中蹦出了一万个“真美呀！”牧童索性不脱蓑衣，不想错过如此美丽的月亮。牧童一边望着月亮，一边用笛子逗弄着晚风。牧童心里又想：要是天天都有如此美丽的月亮，我就可以让小伙伴们也来欣赏。
牧童虽然已经休息了，可是心里还在想着今晚的月亮。

在寒冷的.冬晨，太阳刚刚从东方跳出来。
小男孩跳下床，穿上鞋子和棉袄，兴奋的冲了出去。在院子里把藏好得装满水的铜盆拿出来，看着那块完美的冰块咯咯的笑呢！他先将铜盆倒过来，然后拍打一番，最后他小心翼翼的把铜盆拿起来看到一块像宝石样晶莹剔透的冰块，他乐开了花。
看着这圆圆的冰块他灵机一动从家里取出了五彩线，他用手在冰块上小心地水上钻了个小窟窿，把五彩线系在了冰块上。在树上掰了根根树枝，用来作柄。他把冰块提在手上，用树枝轻轻敲打。那美妙的响声穿林而过，自己也陶醉在这美妙的音乐中。他正在享受音乐时，突然手中一滑，“银钲”落地了，地上哗啦一声碎了。
他叹了一口气，望着那碎成片的冰，顿时沮丧起来。
