爱迪生说过“天才就是1%的灵感加上99%的汗水”，我一直把它作为我的学习格言，因为我坚信成功是要靠平时的积累。
几次月考下来，我的成绩一直保持在班内前十名，我的学习秘诀只有一个----那就是勤奋刻苦，我没有聪颖的头脑，也没有活跃的思维，更没有好的学习技巧，但勤奋刻苦依然能让我成绩优秀。
一份耕耘，一份收获，付出的多回报的也多，它们之间是成正比的，而勤奋刻苦正是表现在平时的一点一滴。
课间，在同学们谈笑时，在仅有的几分钟表，我也要拿出纸笔，哪怕只写一个字一个单词，我也不会让时间从我身边白白流过，日积月累，我的字逐渐规范美观，英语的词汇量也逐渐增加，每天我总是做到早来晚走，用这段时间就会多背一段话、多做一道题，多记几个句型，每天早操时我也会利用跑操前的时间记几个词组，背几条概念。在中午时，我会留下学习15至20分钟再去打饭，靠着这些小的积累，汇聚成巨大的财富，所以我从来就不会忽视这些小时间，算一算，每天可多学习40分钟，那么一个月会有20多个小时，一年就会有7300多小时，这岂不是一笔巨大的时间财富?
正是这些小的积累，使我常受益匪浅，所以我们的成功就掌握在自己的手中，要想获得成功，就要靠平时的`努力。
再想想，我们没有理由放弃学业，因为我们有爱，爱伴随着我们，我们可敬的父母，含辛茹苦已经不能说尽您的艰辛，关怀备至也不能讲完您的细心，是平凡的你们让我们一次次感动得热泪盈眶，父母是我们心的依靠和归宿，有雨的日子，你们是头顶撑起的一把伞，伤心的时候，你们是为我们擦去泪花的手帕，我们要做你们值得骄傲的儿女。
我们不能没有追求和奋斗，有奋斗有追求就免不了失败和挫折，而失败和挫折自然会带来烦恼和痛苦。但是我们要乐观自信，一分自信，一分成功，十分自信，十分成功，瞧，路上风景正好，天上太阳正晴。
我们要努力，努力并不一定成功，但放弃则一不定会失败，坚持就是胜利，在最后的一秒还未来之前，结果永远是未知的。
选择艰辛，铸就辉煌。

放学后，我高高兴兴地回家，可是刚进小区，就看到一幕幕令人心痛的场景。一棵棵小树都被栓着绳子，而绳子上则挂满了床单被套，五颜六色，有的绳子上搭着厚厚的被子，绳子都不堪重负弯曲着腰。我似乎看到小树哭丧着脸，耷拉着脑袋。我的'心情一下子低落下来，原本轻快地脚步变得沉重起来。再一抬头，竟然看到有人直接把小孩子的衣服晾在一棵小树的枝叉上。“这棵小树的树干还没有我的胳膊粗呢”我心里这么想着，鼻子有点酸酸，眼泪在眼眶打转转……还有两天就是植树节了，这样的风景实在让我感到悲哀，为什么大人们什么都看不见，看不见小树的忧伤，看不见小树的哭泣，小树也有他的喜怒哀乐，小树也有他的尊严啊！
人们啊，小树也有生命的！可不可以像爱护自己的孩子一样爱护树木，让这些树木也可以在阳光灿烂的日子里快快乐乐地生长啊！
