我今天在网上查了一下,抽烟对人体的危害,你知道有对大吗?我给你归纳了一下,大致有四点:
1:有害身体健康:吸烟最常见的疾病有肺炎,支气管炎,肺气肿.还有缺血性心脏病等等,肺癌死亡人数占90%的都是吸烟者;
2:浪费金钱:吸烟量不段增加,吸烟的费用也与日俱增,日积月累这样就会浪费一大笔金钱;
3:污染环境:室内吸烟污染环境,室外吸烟,烟头遍地,破坏了环境和卫生.
4:破坏资源:种植烟草的很多土地都不可以同时去种别的植物,香烟包装和烘干需要木材,这时人们又要去砍伐森林破坏资源.

He and I are both thirteen years old. but I am older than he, and I am fatter than he too. He is shorter than I, and he is thinner than I. He wears a pair of glasses but I don't.
He likes to eat pocket-food, and he is a gentleman in a sense that when he has pock-food he will share them with us.
He and I are in the same school and in the same class. So, we can help each other. We alway play in the school together. he likes to do thing I like. He lives in the Ningbo Jiangdong, so he hardly came to my home in Zhenghai but I alway go to his home on weekends and he sometimes will come to my home on weekends. Sometimes we will fight but we alway get along well.
His mother is a doctor in the Li-Hui-Li hospital and I know where her office is. His father is a worker in the Bei-Lun power plant. He is a head of a group. So, his father has a lot of work to do.
He and I are in the same school. We usually have a good time so he is my best friend.

先听我讲个故事吧：有一名32岁的男子得了肠胃病，他不听医生的告诫，继续不停的抽烟。结果，他胃病恶化、食欲不振，最后得了胃癌死了，年轻的生命就因为小小的香烟而离开了人世……
爸爸，看到这里你知道我想说什么了吗?“吸烟有害健康”这是人人都耳熟能详的话。烟，以前是一个叫鸦片的东西，烟里含有的毒素——尼古丁，会使胃肠黏膜的血管收缩，也令食欲减退，吸烟就是慢性中毒。一位科学家做过一个实验：每天吸十支以上烟的人，发病率是普通人的十倍，被破坏的细胞不能恢复正常，还会让骨骼、肺、脑等身体部位造成影响。
关于吸烟还有三个小常识：第一、饭后10分钟内吸一支烟等于平常吸十支烟;第二、睡觉前吸烟会影响睡眠;第三、生病时吸烟会令病情恶化、食欲不振。而这恰恰都是您的坏习惯。爸爸，你已经得了肠胃病，若还吸烟岂不是要像故事里的男子一样吗?
虽然您平时很注意尽量不在我面前吸烟，但是光保护儿子是不够的，因为您的健康更重要，不仅仅是为您自己，也是为您的儿子、为所有关心您的人。如果您要做个称职、负责的爸爸，那么听听儿子的呐喊吧：从现在开始，一定要忍住，不要碰一下烟;不要做那个坏动作：将烟从口袋中拿出，嘴一叼，把火点上开始烟雾袅袅……知道了吗?
