When you look back on yourself in the past – 10, 20, 30 or more years ago – it’s surprising to see how much you have changed over time. Your experiences, your friends, your family and your work have all shaped who you are right now. But where will you be in another few years? How will you have changed? Reflective writing in your journal is an excellent way to think about what you want out of the future.

Just imagine writing a letter to your future self 5 years from now, then opening it at that exact moment 5 years down the road to see how much of it resonated with you. It is a useful supplementary tool to be used in goal achievement, because when you write the letter to your future self, it helps crystallize exactly how you anticipate yourself to become at that specific moment down the road.

As you read the letter in the future, you can assess how many things match up (or not vs. your expectations in the past and think about why that’s the case. The letter gives you a macro-view of your initial vision and lets you recognize how your current vision differs from the past.

Right now I hope that you have traveled and seen everything you've always wanted to, both in Canada and overseas, and maybe even settled down somewhere in Australia doing some research in the field of biology (genetics.
I hope you're married to the man of your dreams. The man of mine is Gwynn. He is originally from South Africa (another place I wish to visit.
You'll probably have two children of your own – a girl(Michaela Anne and a boy (name yet to be decided.If everything goes according to plan you'll be living in Australia in a big house in a small town outside of a big city with a lot of land, a dog, Gwynn and your two beautiful children. Hopefully you have a career in the medical field, maybe doing research in genetics. Gwynn will be a computer programmer and you will be doing alright for yourselves.
However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.

一.问题的提出
每个家庭中的孩子都是宝贝，说一不二，随着电视、计算机的普及，我们祖国花朵的娇嫩的眼睛受到了袭击，现在，在我们班里，大多数的同学都患有近视，而且部分同学的近视情况十分严重，有的同学视力甚至低于了4.5，这也许给他们以后的生活、学习以及工作带来很多的不便。为了保护视力，预防视力，我对本班同学的近视情况做了一次调查。
二.调查方法
(1通过上网，看一些有关科学用眼和眼睛保健方面的资料，了解什么是近视，及近视产生的原因。
(2通过访问，了解本班同学的近视状况，以及近三年同学视力不良的发展趋势。
(3通过与本人交谈、调查，走访家长的形式，掌握眼睛近视同学的学习及生活上的习惯。
三.调查情况的资料整理
1近视眼(myopia也称短视眼，因为这种眼只能看近不能看远。这种眼在休息时，从无限远处来的平行光，经过眼的屈光系折光之后，在视网膜之前集合成焦点，在视网膜上则结成不清楚的象。远视力明显降低，但近视力尚正常。
2本班有39名同学，无先天性遗传近视，后天近视的8人，近视同学比列占全班的3分之2.较前几年比，近视率有明显增高趋势。
3多数同学不注意用眼卫生，不科学用眼。写字时离书本太近;长时间用眼不休息造成视觉疲劳;长时间看电视，在光线太强或太暗的环境下看书，连续长时间使用带你脑等。
四.结论
1近视眼是由于晶状体的曲度过大，远处来的光线形成的物象落在视网膜的前。因此看不清远处的东西。如果有近视的你，可以戴凹透镜加以纤正。
2近视眼的形成主要是由于不注意用眼卫生，长时间用眼疲劳造成的，如，看书姿势不正确，近距离看书、写字、不注意休息等。高度近视还可能与遗传有关。
3.为了同学的视力，我查找了有关的书籍，发现近视眼是可以预防的:(一读书、写字姿势要端正，眼睛和书本的距离要保持一市尺。(二要认真做眼保操，定期检查视力。(三连续看书、看电视或使用电脑1小时后要休息一下，或者向远处眺望一会。(四每天晚上坚持滴眼药水。(五多吃水果、蔬菜。除了要做到以上的5要，还要做以下的三不要：(一不在光线暗弱和阳光直射下看书、写字。(二不躺着看书。(三不走路看书。

我有一只狗，它的名字叫“豆豆”，这是一只很精明的狗，它能帮我做很多事情。
有一天，我对它说：“豆豆，请你到外面去侦察一下，去看看那些动物们的\'情况，我已经很久没有听到它们的消息了，我很想念它们。”
“是！我马上就去。”豆豆出发了。
下面就是我收到的侦察报告。
侦察报告之一――
娃娃鱼在哭泣
我走进一家大餐馆，突然听到了婴儿的哭声。我向着发出声音的地方找去，来到厨房里的一个水池边，发现原来是一条娃娃鱼在哭。我问它为什么哭，它说：“这家餐馆马上就要把我***了，还要把我吃掉。”我问它是怎么到这里来的，它说：“是那些农民为了要钱，把我抓来卖给餐馆。”说完娃娃鱼又哭了起来。
唉，看了这份报告，我真替娃娃鱼担心。
侦察报告之二――
野兔的悲惨遭遇
我来到森林里，看到有两个人在森林里挖陷阱。陷阱挖好后，这两个人就到附近隐藏起来。过不久，我看到一只野兔蹦蹦跳跳地跑过来，“扑通”一声掉到了陷阱里。这两个人赶紧跑过来把野兔抓住，笑嘻嘻地回家了。
看了这份报告，可想而知，这只野兔面临的后果不堪设想。
紧接着我又收到了“豆豆”发来的第三份侦察报告。
加急电报――
我被老虎夹夹住了
我在森林里继续侦
察，突然我的脚被老虎夹夹住了。我倒在草丛里，鲜血不停地往外流，呼吸越来越困难，心跳加快，十分难受。我真担心，我害怕我回不来啦，帮助帮助我吧……
收到这份加急电报，我马上设法去营救我的“豆豆”。
可是我没有找到它，它再也回不来了。
失去了这么多动物朋友，失去了我的“豆豆”，我觉得十分痛惜。
我真心地希望我能够给动物们以帮助，于是我决定发表“豆豆”给我发来的三份侦察报告。仰望天空，我希望，人和动物应该和谐地生活在同一个世界里。

秋天，不像百花盛开的春天那样生气勃勃，也不像绿树成荫的夏天那样处处生机。在城里人看来，秋天预示着冷清和寒冬。但野外可不一样┅┅
我们可以在周末坐车从学校出发，驶过古老的钟楼、繁华的街道，顺着环城路，穿村庄过小镇，来到我们的\'目的地——野外。
田野上，鼓胀的豆角懒散地躺在地里，一片片金黄色的稻谷随风起舞，绿油油小白菜在摆手撒娇，落叶在秋风中飘舞，色彩斑斓的野花在秋日照射下更显得绚丽多姿，起起落落雀跃的小鸟，收获的大人们，嬉戏的小孩，共同构成一幅美丽、热闹的画面。
田野边，有一条小溪。远看是那样绿，绿得像一条翡翠色的绸缎。近看是那样清澈，清澈得能看见溪底的鹅卵石和小小鱼。同学们将折好的纸船放入水中，纸船在秋风的吹动下随着溪水渐渐远去。
田野的尽头，一座座山峰形态各异、连绵起伏。满山树木，野花飘香，让人感到仿佛走进画卷中，神清气爽！此时此刻，你绝不会把“常恐秋节至，焜黄华中衰”联系起来！
野外，没有学习工作的压力，没有城市令人心烦的燥音和拥挤，没有城市的汽车尾烟，没有公园的刻意造作，没有……
我们能不到野外秋游吗，我们能不在野外放飞我们的纸飞机？！
