有一天，它们聚集在一起，展开了“出生”大讨论。塑料瓶率先发话了，它摇摇摆摆地走到众垃圾中间，说到：“嘿，我美丽的肚子里原来装满了可口的果汁，孩子们都抢着要我。”说到这，塑料瓶子得意地笑了笑，可随后又伤心了起来。“你们知道么，美丽，那都是曾经的，当孩子们喝完了后，我就被抛弃在大马路上了。这对我来说是多残忍！他们把我踢来踢去，脚从我身上踩过，车轮从我上面碾过……”说着说着，塑料瓶放声大哭了起来。易拉罐上前搂住它，安慰道：“唉，朋友，你的心情我很理解，当我被人扔到草丛曝晒数日，又被踢到湖里时，我的心情也和你一样。其实我们并不是毫无价值！如果人类把我们二次利用的话，我们的用处可大啦！垃圾，只有混在一起的时候才是垃圾，一旦分类回收就是宝贝！我听说呀，废塑料处理后可制成纽扣、笔筒等用品，还是炼油的好原料，有人曾经形象地将它们比作“二次油田”。废纸回收能再制成纸，即可节省填埋空间，又可以减少水污染；而我回收后也可以重新制成其他用品。我们的价值还不小呢。”
易拉罐短短的几句话，立刻引起了朋友们的共鸣。“是呀，我们这些厨房垃圾虽然臭烘烘的，但我们是高质量的有机肥料。通过生物垃圾处理机，可将生物垃圾烘干、粉碎，制成高效的有机肥，产生经济效益。人类可以用它种花、养草，用它施肥种出的蔬菜，比起化肥食品来，既安全又健康呢！”“我们虽然从汽车、摩托车那‘退役’了，但废旧轮胎也能被还原成价格不菲的燃油！”……众垃圾七嘴八舌地兴奋起来。
“既然我们这么有价值，那一定要告诉人类！”经过商议，垃圾们一致同意派瓶子当“使者。
于是，瓶子抹了抹脸，满怀信心地出发了。伙伴们一直恋恋不舍地送到城门口，久久没有散去。他们期待着瓶子的凯旋归来……

①愚公说要挖山，我们却都在迁移；苏秦说：要头悬梁锥刺股，我们却都在玩自恋；李白说：铁棒也能磨成针，我们却学会了眼观八方，耳听六路。一个美国科学家说：青蛙会被慢慢加热的水烫死。我们却发现热水一旦加热到一定温度，青蛙会聪明地猛然跳出。这只特立独行的青蛙，勇敢地用自己敏捷的姿态挑战了寓言对于当下的价值。
②知道这个实验结果，懊悔于自己逝去的青春而拍案起立的人，现在恐怕已经麻木得连抬手的劲都没了。牺牲掉的一代总是无法接受这一残酷的事实，于是他们继续将寓言散播到下一代身上，以此给自己找点安慰。这样的举动就好像把盲从分成了很多份，而没有将盲从最终集中转化成智慧。
③今天，已经不是一个人云亦云的时代了。王小波曾经说过：“这辈子我干什么都可以，就是不能做一个一无所为，就‘明辨是非’的人。”人人都是独立的个体，谁也不需要依靠谁。这个依靠不仅仅指身体，还指大脑上的特立独行。不去调查，就没有发言权，寓言对于今天的我们，就好比在迷失的路上，却拿着一张旧地图。别说什么豁然开朗，这样的地图只会让人误入歧途。
④ 人不能死于盲从。不懂得怀疑一切的人，眼睛里永远都无法流露出睿智的目光。这样的“人才”就是逆进化论而行，视时代发展而不顾。连青蛙都在进化，何况是人？
⑤这个世界没有适用于所有人的真理，更没有适合于所有人的寓言。如果一个寓言能普渡”所有人，那岂不成了一种众人精神上的迷信？
