宏观的美就是整个世界，从太空上俯视，地球是一枚蓝水晶球，点缀着绿色和黄色，这就是宏观的美，是神奇的，是复杂的，是唯一的。能够欣赏这样的美本身就是一种幸福，美象征着世界，世界是美的代言。林清玄说：“心美，一切皆美。”世界的美映衬着人心之美，人心之美又感受着世界之美。捧着一颗对美充满渴望的心来到这个世界，又怎能让它蒙羞。“世有伯乐，然后有千里马”要想欣赏这世界的美景，首先应该有一颗美丽的心来观察世界，感受世界，发掘世界的美。
每一个细胞都是大自然的绝世之作，是构成万物的最根本，这便是微观的美，当在显微镜下观察这些微小的神奇事物时，我们是否会情不自禁地感叹，这真是天地的杰作。微观的美，是简单的美，如国画中的留白，小说戛然而止的省略号，飞机在空中留下的白痕，勾起人们无限的遐想，带着人们对未来的畅想。人们的梦醒了，眼前的细胞未曾改变过。啊！这也是永恒的美。当我们的心在看穿尘世，放下一切之后，是否就成了永恒，生命的尽头或许不是死亡，而是永恒，又何况这小小的细胞，生长，分裂，死亡，遵循着大自然的法则，从未改变过。
宏观的美即壮美，是雄伟、壮观的美，它印入人们的心、震撼人们的心、改变人们的心；微观的美为优美，是平淡、优雅的美，它窜入人们的心、感染人们的心、伴随人们的心。宏观的美是微观的美的表现，而微观的美又是宏观的美的本质，虽然他们截然不同，但却牢牢的绑在一起，无法割离，他们一起诞生，一起灭亡，哪有宏观的美，哪里就有微观的美。但哪里有美景并不重要，重要的是谁有一颗美丽的心。
“斯是陋室，惟吾德馨”只要品德高尚，无论居住在哪里，只要有一颗美丽的心，无论看到什么，都能够感受到美。一颗美丽的心如同凸透镜，不管光线如何微弱，它都能汇聚成一点，那是美的汇聚；一颗丑陋的心就像凹透镜，光线再强，只要穿过它也都会消散！

首先，美要自然。古人总喜欢用“闭月羞花，沉鱼落雁”来比喻女子的美，的确，天生丽质的女孩总是引人注目的。人的外表美与生俱来，纵使在昂贵、再优质的化妆品也难以达到，而二十左右时的青春正是人一生当中最美的阶段，它不需要过多的修饰，自自然然的一颦一笑，都时刻透着一种青春的气息，这气息来自人外在的体现，更来自人们的内心，就如同人们说的：“鸟美在羽毛，人美在心灵。”一样，更多的美是在于自身与观者的一种感觉，一种心情。
人们心灵美其实是最重要的，应该说在某种情况下，它是超脱于外表美的一种真正的美。人可以没有漂亮的外表，却不可以没有美丽的心灵，因为外表终究是表面的东西，而人的内心却是人的根本、本质，是最深层的。我想，有很多人读过《白雪公主》的故事，故事中的新王后和白雪公主都是美丽的，而王后因为嫉妒、虚荣、最终落了个终身丑陋的下场，而善良的公主却因为美丽的心灵而一次又一次地逃脱死亡的魔爪。我想，这并非只是来自于安徒生主观思想的臆造，而是它真切地反映了人们弃恶扬善的观点和愿望。
如果白雪公主是因为其容貌美和心灵美打动了读者的话，那《巴黎圣母院》中的卡西摩多，该是纯粹的心灵美了吧！他曾被人们认为是城市中最丑的人，没有人的关爱，有的只是人们的耻笑。但他面对女主人公遭到危难时，却毅然伸出了自己丑陋却温暖的双手……卡西摩斗的丑陋的，但同时也是美丽的、可爱的，只是因为他有着一颗充满着温暖与爱的心灵，同时拥有美貌与美好的心灵纵然可贵，但相貌平常却拥有火热心灵的人同样会得到人们的喜爱与赞扬。
总之，在我看了，美丽总是一种虚妄的东西，它像空气一样，存在于我们的生活，离我们很近却又很远，我们捉摸不到它的形态，但它却与我们的生活息息相关，美就是这样的东西，它来自于自然，体现在我们的心灵当中。

In the movie the father told his son that if you have a dream you should protect it and never give it up. It impressed me a lot. The movie taught me a lot about the sprit of never give up and insist. After watching it，I learned that catch every chance what I meet and be active to the life. 没有心怀乘客的意识，怎么可能不顾自己的生命安危，强忍剧痛，做出这一系列看似平常的动作。这是一种把他人生命放在自己生命之上义举。
20xx年6月5日草根英雄吴斌的追悼会在杭州殡仪馆隆重举行那天天灰蒙蒙的下着小雨人们一个个排着长队到吴斌的英陵面前给他送上一朵朵白花，很多人给吴斌的家人送去捐款但吴斌的家人一分也没收，还让那些人把钱都捐给有需要的人。
其实像吴斌这样的人还有很多很多有为了救孩子而双手骨折的最美妈妈吴菊萍，也有一些人默默无闻的为大家做事，我在报纸上见到有一个老人每天都要补路面上的大大小小的坑，一天要补几十个从来没有要一分钱
在如今这个社会里，有浮躁的脚步，有自私的角落，还有人不为己天诛地灭的喧嚣。但也有不被理解的无奈，乐于助人的无声。面对这些，有的人选择了袖手旁观，有的人选择了担当。没有人生下来就是英雄，是一个有一个鲜活的人创造出来的。
