（一）初一读书笔记教学
1.形式规范？摇每天阅读
初一开始，我就让学生准备一本厚点的本子。在要求写读书笔记前，先教给学生读书笔记的样式。然后要求学生必须养成每天阅读的习惯，并写下读书笔记。
2.以本为本？摇采撷精华
对学生而言，读书笔记记什幺是最大的问题，我选择以语文课、语文书为本，向四围延伸。如语言、经典课文以及相关的延伸文章等。
3.熟读成诵？摇朗诵展示
每周我都会安排一节早读课请学生读读自己的读书笔记，争取能背诵一部分内容。每周安排一节语文课，请每组学生推荐出一到两名学生从一周的读书笔记中选出一段文字进行朗诵展示，朗诵的内容提前做成PPT以便于其他同学欣赏。
（二）初二、初三读书笔记教学
学生进入初二，褪去了童年的稚气，多了些理性。在初一读书笔记教学的基础上，初二读书笔记的教学更注重理性。
1.含英咀华
初二的读书笔记教学中，我开始鼓励、建议学生使用红黑两种颜色的笔做读书笔记。红色的笔主要是用来记录学生对摘记中的部分字、词的点滴体会。由于读书时的心境、情境不同，同一段文字会给读者不同的感受，有些经典的内容也需要学生反复阅读。所以每周有一天，读书笔记的内容安排为回过去阅读本周的读书笔记，鼓励学生写出阅读的新体会。
2.八面来风
严格地说学生的读书笔记不能叫读“书”笔记，因为学生不光读书，还读同班同学的文章、读歌词、读动漫、读广告、读电视剧的台词、读纪录片解说词……当学生养成了读书的习惯，养成了积累语言的习惯，信息就会从四面八方涌来。
3.如切如磋
读书笔记中许多智慧的做法都来自于学生，在交流中互相砥砺，取长补短。读书笔记一周上交一次，老师一方面了解学生读书情况，一方面也把好的做法或学生正在阅读的好的书籍在班级推广。一个月安排一次同学们之间交换着看读书笔记，在这个过程中，学生收获的就更多了。
成绩的提高与否不是读书笔记教学的追求，成功的读书笔记教学要让学生拥有丰富的积淀、成熟的思想、获得人生的修为、心灵的赏识。无论读书笔记的形式如何变化，通过大量的阅读，通过读书笔记，不断建构自我的精神世界，并获得个体的意志、气质、情感等心理品质，为一生的成长打下精神的底子，这就是阅读的底色。
