On the first day of the rest, mom and dad and I went to ningbo sea world and youngor zoo.
We first came to the sea world. Once in the aquarium, dad took me to see the sea precious animals. Have the hippocampus, giant salamander, heavy sea turtles, and cute little penguins. ??天我们是升旗中队的作文起来，起来，起来，我们万众一心……”一阵嘹亮的声音荡漾在万里无云的天空，今天我们是升旗中队。这是我校一次升旗仪式上同学们的歌声。
司令台上，站着四排身着校服，脖戴红领巾的少年。他们个个昂首挺胸，雄赳赳、气昂昂的，一副庄重严肃的神情，眉宇间透着少年的阳光气息。
金黄的校服光鲜夺目，正象征了这群孩子蓬勃的朝气，这朝气，使平淡的空气变得温暖了，使荒凉的世界变得充满生机了，使寂静的原野变得热闹了；脖颈上的红领巾红的似火，正显示了这群少先队员对历史的'铭记、对先烈的缅怀、对战争的怒斥和对未来和平生活的美好向往。他们的黑眸子里燃着希望的火焰、闪着坚毅的亮光。
“升国旗、奏国歌！”主持人用雄浑有力的音调说道。
司令台下，六个精神抖擞的少先队员迈着有力的步伐，喊着“一二一、一二一”大步向司令台走来。“立定，向右转！”领头人喊道。六人齐刷刷地转过身来，升旗手从他们手里接过国旗，行了个标准的队礼，将神圣的国旗系到旗杆上。
国歌声响起来了，鲜红的国旗随着歌声缓缓上升。
我们仰望国旗，在刺眼的阳光下，国旗上的五颗星特别的亮，甚至比阳光还要刺眼。国旗如太阳一般冉冉升起，仰着脑袋，顶着阳光，盯着国旗，真得很累，中学生《今天我们是升旗中队》。我忍不住想动动脑袋，可当我又一次注视国旗的红色时，我放弃了这个念头。腥风血雨，多少战士死在枪林弹雨下，多少人民明知道是送死，还要去拼一拼，他们不怕痛、不怕苦。我们生活在这样优越的条件下，难道这点累也不能受吗？
每个人都没有动。
台下，一片固定的黑色，中国人！
台下的人和我们一样，没有动弹。烈日烤灼，这片蓝天下的孩子，坚如磐石。
鼻尖沁出了细密的汗珠，时不时有人鼻翼翕动。
台上的班级就是我们！六（14）中队，多么光荣，多么难得呀！每个同学都珍惜这个神圣的机会。
台上一分钟，台下十年功。如此训练有素的背后，是艰苦的练习。站队、一个个调整姿势、辗转反复的上台下台……直到肩膀僵硬、腿发酸。只为了今天15分钟的升旗仪式。
也许对于学校来说，这一次升旗仪式只是几十次仪式中微不足道的一次，但对于我们班来说——弥足珍贵。所以，每个人都练得很卖力，每个人都显得生龙活虎。
“请辅导员老师讲话，大家欢迎！”
接下来就是和我们一样精力充沛的郭老师发表的一段铿锵有力的讲演。气势宏伟的语句是我们心潮澎湃。讲毕，我们却依旧回味无穷，久久不能在心头散去。
仪式结束了，当我迈动双腿时，发现脚麻了。是啊，汗水没有白流，辛苦没有白费，我们完成了一次成功的升旗仪式！
没错，今天我们是升旗中队！

May first is a Sunday. And it is the Labor’s Day. My mother said to me :“Open your eyes！And look out of the window. What a fine day! Let’s go to park.” So my mother, my classmate and I went to the park. We took some foods in my schoolbag.
On the way to the park. I saw the blue sky with snow-white clouds. I saw pear trees and some apple trees and so on. Below the trees, there are several kinds of flowers. It’s colorful, blue, red, yellow, pink, purple, orange and white. I saw some balloons and butterflies in the sky. I ate popcorn, cornflakes, banana and lollipop. They were wonderful.
