你好！请恕我用信件的方式与你交流，因为我不善于吵架，而你又不善于面对面的沟通。那天你坚持要买房，我解释了几句，你就不高兴了，并且这些天也没有机会交流，那我就用文字来阐述我的观点吧。
记得结婚前，我们就房子问题达成了一致，认为现阶段房价过高，先租房以观其变，再说咱们父母双方的家里也都有咱们的房子。然而，最近股市、房价陡涨，你有些动摇了，所以那天突然为了房子而发起了小脾气，我觉得大可不必，咱有话好好说好了。不是买不起房，咱们的存款、收入，买房是问题吗?问题只是在时间点、质量、选什么开发商等问题上罢了。
亲爱的，下面咱们就谈到的几个问题来商量一下吧：
时机合适吗?
咱国家有一些自以为懂经济的家伙增税、并且推出了巨额信贷救经济的政策，导致信贷放出来了，但不敢进入实体经济，反而进入股市、房市牟利，可见中国实体经济之恐怖：给了钱也不敢投入，只好拿来搞投机。
将来的房价?
看看需求：参加高考的人开始下降了，中小学十几年里不断减少，表明人口结构巨变在即。看看家庭负债率?中国的负债远超美国了吧！这些买房的年轻人有多少准备好了自己的养老费用、医疗费用、教育费用了呢?这些显性、隐性的负债，能够支撑房价到几时呢?中国的低工资战略，能够支撑房价到几时呢?房价的.周期、涨落，你确实该看看日本、香港十几年来的房地产情况了。
你见过一直向上飞的飞机吗?房价就是飞机，不可能一直向上飞的，耗尽了油，总会回到地面上的。你说房价是火箭，一直向上飞……
也许……你是对的……但是，似乎没有堕毁的火箭……
房产税也该收了吧?
物业费、停车费，该涨了吧?看看买车族的待遇就知道了，费用会不断上升的。我们买了房，就像老牛套上了车，老驴套上了磨，被迫一辈子给开发商当牛做马。带来的不是安全，而是负担。
数据说话，算算账：
你要买的房子260万，按5.94的现房贷利率计算，贷款30年，也要每个月还2万，咱们租个房每个月用不了2万吧。
说了这么多，俺也觉得自己有些罗嗦、段落散乱了，难怪你叫我“唐僧”。今晚，为夫彻夜难眠，临表涕零，不知所言，唯望你回心转意，不要上开发商的当，逼迫俺买房。经济滑坡时，我听到有收破烂的自***了，有卖钢铁的自***了，有种棉花的农民自***了····但我没有听到哪个开发商自***了。至于俺说的“开发商不灭，何以家为”，只是一句玩笑话，不必当真。不是俺残酷，是开发商的代言人说：“如果房价下跌，就把10根钢筋换成5根!”是开发商说：“社会发展，总要有人做出牺牲!”那么，等有开发商不断“牺牲”的时候再买房不好吗?
亲爱的，把钱换成美元等等看吧，房子很快就会有的。大涨之后必有大跌，大乱之后必有大治，终有一天，国家会脱离开发商的绑架。
现在，我们现在需要的，不是钱、房，而是，互敬互爱、团结、理解，另加，一点点耐心···

Sometimes I dream about life in the future. What will it be?
Perhaps some people will go to the moon for a holiday or even live on the moon,and some scientists will build cities under the sea to make people live there. We can have a medical examination or do some shopping without leaving our homes,which makes the life more convenient. Maybe we will also do some shopping and work at home.
And I'm sure there'll be more educational programmes on the radio or TV or by the Intemet or videophones,so perhaps some children won't need to go to school every day. They'll study at home.
In the future,all electric equipment at home is under the con-trol of computers. People can learn about the situation of the house by working on the computer at the office. No people like doing housework. Maybe each family will have a robot. Every day we can tell the robot what to do-shopping,housework and so on. believe the dream will come true some day.
