“啊!又是一个大晴天，又可以跑步，“打野鸭”了。”
早上起来，我刷好牙，洗好脸后，就排好队，雄赳赳气昂昂的来到操场上。我们马上就动身了，我们在操场上跑着。同学们都不甘落后，快要踩到你的脚时，就说：“快点，要踩到你的脚了。”这样一来，大家都起劲了，用出自己的力气，“一二一，一二一”的跑着。这样看来，我们的队伍就显得特别出众，朝气勃勃，充满的生机。
跑步跑完了，该轮到做游戏的时间了。只见老师拿着两个篮球。说道：“今天我们来玩“打野鸭”哦，Good.同学们已经很久没玩过这种刺激的、紧张的.、好玩的游戏了。同学们在欢呼声中已经站好位置了，只等着老师把“子弹”给拿过来。
紧张的游戏开始，“猎人”拿着子弹来射我们。我们各个像小猴子似的，左躲右闪，是“猎人”的子弹难以射中我们。“猎人”用出绝招，一个快球，竟然会“一口炮射中三个。”三个“野鸭”变成“熟鸭子”。接着，一个个从眼睛里透出狡猾的眼光的“猎人”用他手中的“子弹”，把我们好好的一个鸭家族给弄的“家破人亡”。“猎人”仍然不停的捕***着，他们用手中的“子弹”，左右夹攻，变幻莫测，把活生生的王伟给打的七零八落。接着他们开始捕***我，我蹦来跳去，把一个快球躲了过去。后面的贾豪彬不给我呼吸的半点时间，连忙射过来，我听见后面有风声，就往左一躲，前面的“猎人”再一次打来。就这样，我的体力渐渐的消耗了，终于被打下场了，变成熟鸭了。
今天的早晨真是快乐一天的新开始。

我的暑假过得十分快乐，我去过花样年华，去过上海市博会，但让我感到最快乐最充实的就是学游泳了。
我从来没下过水，没想到一开始老师就让我们在深水区学。我想：有浮袖，应该没事!我下了水，啊，好凉啊!我的心就要冻成冰块了!而且脚不着地，感觉马上就要沉下去似的。我的手紧抓住池边不放，像一只受惊的小兔子。我一看周围的同学都乱套了，有的要爬上去，还有的哭了。
我们学的是蛙泳，老师先让我们练憋气、呼吸，然后练手划、脚蹬。老师示范的时候真像一只青蛙爸爸呀，手一划，脚一蹬，就能游出去好远，同学们看了都勇敢地游了起来。
有一次，我游着游着，不小心让水漫过了浮袖，开始往下沉，吓得我惊慌失措，忘记了游泳的动作，双手乱抓。我抓住了一个同学的裤子，往下一拽，我就浮上来了。可那个同学糟了，被我拽了下去，咕咕地喝了几口水才浮上来，我连忙对他说对不起，这个同学只冲我笑笑就游走了，他真棒!
值得一提的是第一次试摘浮袖。老师一直游在我前面看着我，我努力向前游，马上就到对面了，但没浮袖的我很笨重，突然动作变形了，双手越划越快，双腿收和蹬都没了力量，身体开始下沉。我惊恐万分，如果不是老师及时把我托起来，恐怕只有喝水的份儿了。
我坚持不懈地练习，终于离开了浮袖，能在游泳池里放心大胆地游了。我觉得自己变成了一条小鱼，在水里自由自在地游来游去，开心、快乐的成长!
