白鸟湖新区、火车西站片区、西缘产业中心相连，当地居民达到5万余人，起初，这里公交线路匮乏，当地便出现了大量的以二手面包车、桑塔纳等组成的“黑车团”，马师傅便是其中一员。
正是考虑到像马师傅一样的司机，开发区（头屯河区）建设局、交通局、人防办等部门在5201路公交线路通车后，便写了一封信给片区的“黑车”司机。
“考虑到广大司机朋友的生活和经济问题，我局已与公交公司联系，协调司机朋友们的再就业问题，凡取得A1、A3驾照的司机，均可到公交公司从事公交驾驶……”这封信，让马师傅考虑了很久，他说：“我虽说没A级驾照，但我可以考啊。”
开发区（头屯河区）建设局一位负责人对记者说，此次公交线路开通也是在党的群众路线教育实践活动中走访后，顺民意而为，而写信给“黑车”司机，为其找工作，也是开通公交线路的综合考评内容之一。
“开通公交车是便民服务，打击‘黑车’，变堵为疏，人性化服务效果也许会更佳。”开发区（头屯河区）建设局这位负责人说。

Mrs. White shows a keen interest in everything about China, especially its culture and places of interest. She has a large collection of items that have to do with China, such as books videos, tea, artworks, and so on.
