今天是个星期天，妈妈教我包饺子。我们一起来到菜市场买来了猪肉、大葱、生姜。回到家，妈妈先把猪肉剁成了肉泥，然后把生姜切下几片，再切成姜末，接着把大葱也切成了末儿，最后妈妈把切好的肉泥、姜末、葱末全都倒进了一个大碗里搅拌均匀后，再加上一些油、一些盐和一些味精调味后，再一次搅拌，就这样包饺子用的肉馅儿，就准备好了。
接着就可以开始包饺子了。只见妈妈先把一张饺子皮平放在手掌上，再用筷子夹了一点肉馅儿，放在了饺子皮的中间，然后妈妈用食子在盛满水的小碗里沾了一下，抹到了饺子皮的四周，后妈妈把饺子皮包起来捏紧。妈妈包饺子是快又好，好像一个银白色的元宝，十分好看。
我学着妈妈的样子包了几个，可是我包的饺子是一个比一个差，但是我毫不气馁，接着包了一个又一个。后来，我似乎掌握了技巧，越包越好。就这样，我和妈妈一起包了许多饺子。
今天，我为我学会了包饺子而高兴。
