洪老师是一位年轻能***女老师，她有一双水灵灵的大眼睛，像两颗黑葡萄，眼睫毛很长，每当眼帘低垂时，就会给脸上投上一抹淡淡的阴影。她把发梢染成了金黄色，有时扎成了一个长长的马尾辫，有时披在肩上。无论她设计成哪种姿势，在我眼里都是那样的美丽。
洪老师是对工作认真负责的好老师。同学们有时上课时禁下住“漫漫游”，老师就用提问的方式，把那个同学的“玩心”收回来。有的同学反复犯错误，老师就苦口破心地给我们讲学习的目的，做人的道理，讲一讲那些名人成材的.故事。慢慢地，那些曾经调皮的同学，也理解了同学们的一片苦心，老师便会感到很欣慰了。果不其然，那些同学第二学期有了明显的进步。
洪老师特别懂得同学们的心理，非常理解我们，对我们的要求并不是特别的严厉。布置作业的份量不是很多，所以很少有同学不完成学习任务的。所以她教出来的学生成绩都较优秀，只有个别同学的成绩参差不齐的。洪老师还是一个公正无私的好老师。如果哪位同学犯了错误，她会很公正地进行评价，让我们心服口服。有一次，我们班上的两位男生为了该谁搬水的事，争得面红耳赤。谁都说不应该自己搬。洪老师把他们叫到办公室，听了他俩的倾诉后，进行了公正的评判，各搬五桶水，弄得俩同学哭笑不得，大家哈哈大笑。
洪老师不仅如此，还特别关心同学，如果哪位同学生病了，她会准备一些开水，督促他们把药吃完，如果发现哪位同学打喷嚏，她会温馨地提醒他。尽管有的同学说感冒好了，她还是不放心，给家长打电话。洪老师既是老师又像母亲一样关心我们。
这就是我们的班主任洪老师，一个关心集体，关心学生，把学生当成自己孩子一样对待的好老师。洪老师的爱轻于父母，但是却重于泰山，老师像蜡烛一样，照亮了我们前行的路却燃烧自己。因此我要为我的班主任洪老师点个赞。

he speaks very fast and fluently, but what he says is very clear. when he speaks, he is always making some gestures. he dreams of being an actor and i have no doubt that his dream will come true. whenever he sees you,he always gives you a friendly smile which makes you comfortable. he is a good student. i hope he will have a wonderful future.
