中国首位女太空员刘洋是第一节课的老师，她要和学生们分享的是自己在太空上发现的美。刘洋说：“自己小时候的梦想并不是成为宇航员，但也一直幻想过在太空中是怎么样的场景。但是一切的幻想都抵不过身临其境带来的震撼，“在深邃、苍茫的宇宙间，仿佛才真正明白了什么是宽广，领悟到什么是无限。太空独特的失重环境，使我时刻都有鱼儿自由遨游的感受，无拘无束。”
