你们辛苦了，贫乏的文字实在难以表达女儿心中的情感。但是，我忍不住满心的激动，一定要倾诉心中的无限感激。
爸爸，您是那炽热刚烈的太阳，是那波澜壮阔的大海。您把艰辛与疲惫留在门外，带进家里的是严厉的爱，是温暖……
春风中，您威风凛凛地站在大型货轮上瞭望大海；夏雨中，您站在最高的台上指挥船员们工作；秋夜中，您高度集中精神在驾驶台前指挥操纵长达四五小时至深夜，将好几万吨的大船准确地停在泊位上；冬寒中，您唯有通过电话向家里道一声“一切安好”……
即便与您在一起的时间不多，但您从未忽视对我的教育。小时候您教我写字，我无力地抓着笔一个劲地抖。您一遍遍耐心地教我，然而我总写不好，不禁潸然泪下。听着您的大道理，心里抱怨您不爱我……您是那样严厉，但却从来没有打骂过我。如今，我已经用您教我的写字方法，写下许多好的篇章了。
曾几时起，血丝已布满了您怒视风雨的双眼，那双与风雨抗争而熬红的眼睛，狠狠地划过女儿的心。爸爸，女儿想对您说：“您辛苦了！您毫无怨言地用您那坚强的臂膀支撑起整个家，用您那广博的爱温暖我。有人说，冰山露在水面上的部分只有其全部的八分之一，这就是您对我的爱啊！”
妈妈，您是那柔情似水的月亮，是那细水长流的小溪。您把辛苦与抱怨留给自己，送给这个家的是慈祥的爱，是包容……
清晨，您为我递上热腾腾的营养早餐；傍晚，您为鼻尖渗着汗珠的刚回家的我卸下书包；晚上，您戴着厚厚的眼镜坐在电视机前看“无声新闻”，为的是不影响我学习；深夜，您总要悄悄地来到我的床前，为我盖上被子……
您将我的生活打点得井井有条，虽然繁忙，却从不忘记对我的教诲。那一次我四道数学题错了仨，您唠叨之余，便是在灯下一遍遍地演算，一遍遍地为我讲解。看着您飞快的笔锋，我懊恼至极，这种感觉比您打我骂我还要痛，但这里面却包含了您对我无限的爱，无言的鼓励与鞭策。看着您耐心的模样，那一刻我就对自己说：“一定要学好数学这门重要的学科。”
曾几何时，白发已爬到了您的头上，那缕缕白发，如银丝般紧紧揪着女儿的心。妈妈，女儿想对您说：“您辛苦了！您心甘情愿地用您那粗糙的双手拱托起整个家，用您那无私的爱包容着我……大地无边无垠，她的美来自她的宽广；大树萦络阴翳，她的`美来自她的茂盛。而您呢，您是最美的，您的没来自您对我的爱啊！”
爸爸、妈妈，我多么幸福，能在你们身边长大。有了你们，家便是那天空，时常阳光灿烂；有了你们，家便是那大海，时常浮光跃金。

Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.

How is everything these days? I miss you very much.
I am very happy at my new shool. My teachers and shoolmates are very friendly to me .They ofen help me with my study.Now I am not worried about my English because I make a lot of progress in it anb I become more and more intrested in it. My shool life here is also wonderful. I take part in many part-time activities . I make many friends there and learn lots of learning methods.
Now final exam is coming. I am busy preparing it . I will try my best to do well in it.
