2、许多同学家离学校比较远，骑车上学。可学校没有车棚，同学们的车子就胡乱停放，很不美观，有的停在操场上、通道上，也有可能发生事故。我建议学校在操场旁边空地上搭建一个车棚，这样自行车就有地方存放了。再从高年级选一些负责任的同学专门排放自行车，一辆辆摆得整整齐齐，那看起来多赏心悦目啊。

您好！我是六年级（1）班的学生，在学校生活快6年了，我真有点舍不得离开母校。在离校之前，我有几点建议想对你们说，希望你们能采纳我的建议。
我们读书的学校原来是一所厂办子弟校，校舍非常破旧。操场上的两个篮球架也生锈了。教学大楼非常陈旧，只有三层楼的教学大楼光线也不好；教学楼旁边仅有4个用砖头砌成的乒乓球台，不能满足同学们活动的需要。现在可好了，新修的大门既漂亮又显得很有气势。教学大楼穿了“新衣服”──楼顶又加修了一层，而且还贴了一层红色和橙色的瓷砖，变得像新房子了。大楼里面，三、四层楼的过道、教室和办公室都用米黄色的地砖装饰一新，墙上还贴了1米左右高的墙砖。我们在这样的环境里学习非常愉快。学校换了新貌，同学们也更爱自己的学校了。
我们的学校还在改造中，但是还不够理想，我想给校领导提以下几点建议：
操场还没有修好，应该修快点。学校的活动场地太小了，所以最好把学校四周的一些地征用了，扩大活动场地，建成一个塑胶足球场。
教学大楼前面的篮球场最好也是塑胶的，这样既美观，又能方便同学们的活动。
在围墙内，还能多种花草，多栽树，让我们的校园变得更美，像个大花园一样。
原来的校门旁，有许多小食店，很多同学喜欢买零食吃，吃完了将果皮、食品袋乱扔，不仅影响了学校的环境卫生，而且那些小食品店的食品不是很卫生，会影响同学的身体健康，希望有关部门把那些小食品摊点拆掉。学校大队部还要加强同学们爱清洁、讲卫生的习惯教育，不乱吃零食。
有的同学把小食品带到学校里吃，只要离果皮箱远一点就扔在地上，很不文明。建议多设几处小一点的垃圾桶，方便同学们扔脏物。不过最好还是不允许同学们带零食到学校来吃。

苏霍姆林斯基《给教师的建议》第五条提出“两套教学大纲”，发展学生思维。第一套是指学生必须熟记和保持在记忆里的材料，第二套是指课外阅读和其他的资源来源。从苏霍姆林斯基的论述来看，第二套大纲是保证第一套大纲顺利完成的非常重要的前提条件。
苏霍姆林斯基思考学生学习过程的每一个环节，发现在学生学习的过程中，需要学生识记和保持在头脑里的知识是很多的，因为它是进行后继学习非常重要的一种保障，许多学生却掌握得并不牢固，要么是不理解去死记硬背，保持得不长久，要么是记住了不知道如何去运用，成为一种“死”的知识。久而久之学习上失去兴趣，沦落为“差生”，那么如何避免呢？最重要也最有效的一种办法，就是实施第二套大纲。具体地说，就是每呈现一种新的知识或材料时，要给学生提供大量的与此相关的感兴趣的内容让他们进行阅读，以使他们更好地去理解这些知识，并在阅读的过程中产生更多的疑问，从而进一步激起他们的求知愿望，提高他们的思维能力和对“知识的感受性”，教师要“尽力为学生识记、记熟和在记忆里保持教学大纲规定的教材而创造一个智力背景。”这样，他的智力背景越广阔，他所需要识记的教材就会变得越简单。反观我们平常教学，不顾知识积累和学习体验过程，只顾死记硬背结论的做法简直就是一种摧残。
关于后进生，如何做好后进生的转化工作，苏霍姆林斯基以成功案例向我们展示了一个非常有效的方法。为了帮助一个叫费佳的后进生，苏霍姆林斯基自己亲自编了一本书《给思想不集中的儿童的习题》，他抓住儿童的心理特点，收集或编写很多有趣的、能够引起儿童思考的习题来训练他。并且还为他提供一套适合他阅读的书籍，大概有一百本，后来又为他配备了另一套图书，约有二百本，正是这种大量的阅读，使费佳的成绩逐步赶了上来。可见，“阅读能教会学生思考，而思考会变成一种激发智力的刺激……学生思考得越多，他在周围世界上看到的不懂的东西越多，他对知识的感觉性就越敏锐，而你，当教师的人，工作起来就越容易了。”我们每一位教师对待教育教学中的每一项工作或每一个细节若能像苏霍姆林斯基这样善于思考，相信学困生在我们手下会越来越少。
