温暖是一种心理感受，是一种温馨的心灵触摸，生活中有许多感觉，可曾记得，一个眼神，一双大手，一句话，淡淡的，幽幽的，只是不经意时给你暖暖的抚慰与湿润。
爱的表达方式，五花八门。如：宽容、体贴、尊老爱幼、快乐分享、痛苦分担……一个简单的动作，一句简单的语言，都可能使你我带来快乐或者苦恼，生活中给你喜怒哀乐，温暖即在其中。
人生总有不尽如人意的时候，生命的旅途总有那么多的变数，总会遇到一些坎坷和挫折，而有人在这个千钧一发之际，向你伸出了援助之手，摆脱了困境，心中就会出现这样的感慨：真是“雪中送碳”或者是“山穷水复疑无路，柳暗花名又一村”“踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费工功夫”。
升入初二，在这近一年的学习生活中，我也受到了许多同学的关心与帮助，哪怕是讲一道题，一只笔……我都感觉无比的感激和温暖。五一以来，我们改了作息时间，下午两点半上课，走读生必须两点进校，改我做值日的时候，因为有了规定，所以常常晚了做值日，那次，我气喘吁吁地跑到了教室，马上就要上课了，可我的值日还没做呢，正这时，我们组的一个组员，走过来对我说：“看你还没来，我就帮你扫了。”当时，我真想抱起她，不只怎么谢，心理暖融融的。
爱不需要轰轰烈烈地传递给别人，只是能在别人渴望你帮助的时候，伸出手拉他一把，这就已经足够了。在我们的实际生活中，一个动作、一句话、一个微笑、一个眼神就能给别人带来莫大的关心与温暖。随着社会的发展，人们的素质也在逐渐提高，知道了给别人温暖。栽树的人多了，砍树的人少了；这是给大自然送去的温暖；尊老爱幼的多了，打架斗欧的少了，这是给社会治安送去的温暖……还有好多好多温暖去等着我们去传递，去播撒。
我们对亲人、朋友、同学以及陌生人施之以爱，又从他们那里受之以受，无论是施之亦是受之，想来心里都是暖融融的。献出一点爱，温暖一片心，那生活的.日子也就充满了诗情画意。

My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 oclock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.
