Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.

我觉得首先我们应该做到上课认真听讲，不做小动作，布和同学交头接耳，回到家要把老师讲的知识都消化了，对于疑难问题，要虚心向同学请教。其次，要认真完成老师布置的作业，课堂作业应当堂完成，课后作业和家庭作业要按时独立完成。第三，要做好预习，要把字、词的意思明白了，如有不会的，做上记号，第二天老师课上如果没有讲，就去问老师。以上就是怎样学习的方法，我们也知道这些话已经讲了不知道多少次，可是你们有时刻提醒自己去做吗？有做到过吗？所以，我希望我们这学期能时刻提醒自己注意。

I am very happy at my new shool. 我们生活在世俗中，不同的人就会有不同的想法。有些人会逆流而走，有些人则追求世俗直到被淹没。也许我们从小到大都会被名誉，职位，世俗眼光等套子一层层包裹住，当我们试图把世俗的套子挣开后，可能会发现反倒被世俗的眼光当做异类。但那又如何，与其天天戴着面具强颜欢笑，那不如挣脱它站在世俗的逆流，活出想活的自己。以淡泊的眼光，以乐观的心态，在世俗中出淤泥而不染。
古今中外，许多名人志士在历史的篇章中为我们展现了什么叫做聪明的人，什么叫做愚蠢的人，什么是高雅，什么是粗俗。
陶渊明，他深居简出我们都明白是因为什么，当时的社会处处笼罩着黑暗与腐朽，官场上弥漫着的铜臭味令人连连作呕，这就是世俗。人人想尽一切办法买官，行贿为的只是过上“安逸”的生活，这就是愚人。陶渊明真的是一朵出淤泥而不染的荷花，拥有一种高尚的品性和节操才能让他安心地守着那一亩三分地却依旧有“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的心境。
不得不说他是一位时代的智者，世俗束缚不了他的`想法，世俗的暗流也冲不走他的淡泊名利与静享自由。
俗话说“流芳百世，遗臭万年。”如果说陶渊明是流芳百世的最佳代言人，那么指鹿为马的事件便是遗臭万年的最好代表作。
天气晴朗的那天，大臣们疑惑的望着眼前那只所谓的“马”，在听完赵高的描述之后，纷纷鼓掌附和道：“真的一匹百年难遇的千里马啊，好马，果然是好马啊!”一群被世俗蒙蔽双眼的人还在庆幸自己躲过了一场大劫，乐滋滋的他们没想到那么用心地去迎合赵高却在不久后的阴天也死了，也许他们临死前还傻傻地不知道是为什么。
一群人，一群黑暗的人，一群虚伪的人，一群颠倒是非的人。这不正是在昭告天下，迎合世俗与权力，不会是很好的下场。
世俗是一个坏东西，它会束缚我们的思想行为，让我们变成在社会行走的木偶。每个人的高尚都会被自己藏在心里，我们每个人都有向世俗逆流走去的权利。我们是独一无二的，并不是世俗的复制品。自己的想法最重要，跟着自己的心走，做一个有想法的人，作用一个只属于自己的人。
别让世俗束缚了自己的想法。

我新学期的打算是：预习的时候先自学生字，做到读，圈，写，钩，标这几点：分别是读课文，圈生字，标拼音等。
上课积极举手发言，语文，数学考试争取考到95分以上，英语98分以上，做好老师的小助手，同学们的好伙伴。
中午放学回家后，读英语磁带或点读机，读熟或者背熟。
以后学校举办什么活动的话，我一定积极参与。
期末考试要考前三名，要靠平时的日月积累，俗话说的好：牛皮不是吹的，火车不是推的。用实际行动才能证明一切。
下午放学回家后，先做完老师布置的作业，再读半个小时的课外书，读的时候要带上笔，养成不动笔墨不读书的好习惯。
做点课外作业，再读英语，复习今天学的，预习明天做的，这样下去的话一定会学习更上一层楼！
