一个平常的'午后。午饭后，我们在操场上打篮球。张博宇手持篮球，运球，往篮下跑，我跑上前防守，把球向左一晃，实则却想从右边上篮，我差点被晃过去，还是挡在了张博宇前面。眼看他就要投篮了，我连忙跳起，想挡下这个球，却与他的头撞在了一起。
在那一瞬间，我的嘴唇与张博宇的头撞在了一起。短短几秒钟的时间，柔软的嘴唇在那一瞬间受到了牙与头的“双重夹击”，嘴唇有一股黏黏的液体流出来，不用看，流血了。
我用手臂轻轻一抹，手背上一片血迹，张博宇扶着我去医务室 。他走得很慢，时不时抽出手揉揉额头，顺着他手的方向，我才发现他的额头上一片青色，头上鼓起了鸡蛋大小的包，我猜头上的这个包也很疼。我看着他头上的包，他又几次把手从头上放下来，搀着我的胳膊。我几次想挣脱他扶我的手，“我又不是腿受伤了，没事儿可以自己走。”他摇了摇，头上的包也跟着摇动，虽然他摇头的频率不大，但他那双眼中却透露着坚定。我只好任由他搀扶着我，一起向医务室走去。
走在正午的操场上，安静的校园和上午的喧闹完全不同，明媚的太阳照在我身上，心中总有一种说不出的感觉。天气并不炎热，甚至时不时还会吹来一阵阵风，使这本该炎热的天气充满了凉爽。
好一会儿，我们两个小伤员才走完全部路程的一半。张博宇突然扭过头来问我，“你还疼吗?”我这时才发现，本应剧痛的嘴唇现在却不怎么痛了，有一种特别的力量在支撑我。对!这就是友情的力量!
我走过不少路，有长的路，也有短的路，但无论怎样的路，都无法与我脚下的这段路相比，在这条路上有着与其他路不一样的地方——那就是它承载着我们的友情。一个平常的午后，校园的这段路因我们的友情而变得不平常的起来。
妈妈知道我的嘴唇受伤了，接我回家休息。背着书包下楼，我突然心中窃喜，为了能休息一下午而高兴。门口是一条长满五角枫的小路，绿意正浓，绿叶层层叠叠，阳光透过缝隙洒下斑驳的光影。五角枫撑起一片清凉的绿荫，我又感到了一丝丝落寞，在这一瞬间，我感觉在经五路小学六年级五班这个集体中，得到最多的并不是知识，而是友情。
第二天，张博宇一下课就跑到我身边，露出标志性的微笑，关心地问：“你好了吗?”我冲他一笑：“有你的友情支援，我怎能不好呢?

当听到月考要加体育分时，这对我简直是一个晴天霹雳。体育课上，马上就要测800米跑了，我心里想：这次完了，逃不掉了。其他女生虽然嘴上说自己不行，很谦虚，但在她们的脸上可以看出她们不是在向跑步，而是充满了信心的迎接着，做好了驾驭它的准备。而我，我自己对自己的实底可谓是了如指掌，对自己丧失了信心，心里有一种说不出来的恐惧。我觉得四肢好像不受我支配一样，还是因为自己的思想已经懈怠了，他们像没了骨头了一样自由的向下垂着。眼睛也想没了电的灯泡一样，黯淡无光，我使劲的皱着眉头，好像天马上就要压下来了似的。朋友们也渐渐的发现了我，发现了我对自己已经失去了信心，像一个没有动力的发动机一样。她们都过来劝我“没事的对自己要有信心，你一定会比我们都快的。”我心里想：可能吗？太不切实际了。就我！唉……“跑的慢没关系的，只要坚持下来，就一定会有分的……”“我们看好你，别放弃，放弃了就连赢得机会都没了……”
她们你一句我一句的劝我，我觉得自己坚守的阵地，已被他们他打的好无招架之力了，我败给他们了。我马上充好电，对自己充满了信心，最后虽然比她们逊色，但跟以前比，还是进步了。是他们一句句耐心的劝导，使我进步；是他们一颗颗善良的心，使我进步。他们所作的事情使我感动，是我真正的到了友谊的味道，要不是她们，我的帆船就会在暴风雨中迷失方向以致沉入海底，是她们依然拉着我，我真的很感动。
友情就像一杯清茶，但散发着淡淡的清香；友情就像一把伞，但在雨天可以发挥它的作用；友情就像是一种作料，一种生活中不可缺的作料，生活需要它。
