As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

合上最后一页，作者观察昆虫的情景仍在我的脑海不断飞扬，终于下落，激起感触的水花。
《昆虫记》的作者，法布尔，以他独特的眼光看待生活中人们已司空见惯、熟视无睹的小生命。读完此书，最使我感动与启发的就是作者对生命的热爱与歌颂，对科学的执着与努力。
比如，在他的荒石园里，被人们嫌弃和唾骂的昆虫的鸣叫，在他看来就如同音乐一般美妙，他用心体会其中的韵律与节拍，就像沉醉于音乐家的演唱会一般。他在书中写道：“这些昆虫全都是我的伙伴，我的亲爱的小动物们，我从前和现在所熟识的朋友们，它们全都住在这里，它们每天打措，建筑窝巢，以及养活它们的家族，荒石园是我钟情的宝地。”可见，荒石园就是他的港湾，昆虫就是他的伴侣，是他感情的寄托与生命的庇护。
又比如，作者在观察蛛丝，居然能够看出细细的蛛丝是“由几根更细的线缠合而成的，好像大将军剑柄上的链条一般。更使人惊异的是，这种线还是空心的，空的地方藏着极为浓厚的黏液。”他的这种细致入微的观察着实让我惊讶，再如，作者为了研究蜜蜂的记忆力，而尝试给它做标记，“在这个过程中，我的手不可避免地被刺了好几口，但我一直坚持着，有时候竟然忘记了自己的'痛，只是紧紧地按住那蜜蜂，把工作做完，结果有二十多只受伤了。”从这句话可以看出，作者对动物的好奇与探索已近入魔，竟“忘记了自己的痛”，这是对昆虫痴迷到何种程度的人才能做到的啊！
读到此处，我不禁深感惭愧。小时候，自己曾天真的用石头砸过马蜂窝，用脚踩过成群结伙的蚂蚁，也惹下了不少的麻烦。今天看到此处，才对这些小动物有了深入的了解，它们和人类一样有自己的家园，有着自己生存的权利。没有他们，我们人类也不可能繁衍至今，不可能看到这样美丽的世界，是这些昆虫，让我们的生活如此美，让我们的心灵如此的陶醉与充实，它们也是上帝的宠儿，也应该和我们一样享有生的权利，我们没有权利去歧视它们，更没有权利去残害它们！

那天是星期四，我因病旷课了一天。星期五，我昏昏沉沉的脑袋才清醒了许多，“叮铃铃铃……清澈的铃声响起，我忙抄起电话，“你的病好多了没呀？老师温和的声音在我耳畔回荡。“下午放学时我顺道回家，在公园内帮你补补课吧。“好好，谢谢老师！我内心欣喜不已，对老师千言万语的感谢却只化作一句谢谢，挂了电话，我的内心还是暖融融的，如沐春风……下午，我准时应约来到小公园的桌凳旁，远远地便看见一个倩影，“老师－－我扯着嗓子喊，那身影回头，入目的是红润的脸庞。我忙落坐，心里像打着鼓，有些紧张地捏了捏裤脚，鼻尖沁出了细汗，不自然地拿出课本。老师似是看出了我的刻意，安慰似的拍了拍我的肩，这亲近的动作让我放松了许多。于是，便细心听起了课，老师认真细心地讲着，我沉浸其中。不知过了多久，我慢慢感到了凉意，下意识地动了动脚。老师发现我不断打着冷颤，就把她的风衣给我披在了身上，然后继续一丝不苟地辅导我。我瞬间热泪盈眶，鼻头酸酸的`，眼泪像开了闸似的，心里却如过娟娟细流，一点又一点地滋润着我干涸的心田。初秋的傍晚微微刮着冷风，夕阳在一丝丝云下似无可奈何般慢慢落下，紫红色的长天，我与老师的影子拉得长长的，透过叶隙，斑驳的点点夕阳落一地。

《周一清晨的领导课》从一个危机开始说起，讲述了每周一清晨解决一个管理问题的方案。即使你还不是领导，也可以从中学到管理的方法。其中有几个点让我较有感触：
1、真正的领导者只会花时间解决问题，而不是责备别人。
不单是领导者，我们每个人在日常工作和生活中，总会碰到大大小小的问题和危机。此时你的第一反应是什么？——这不是我的责任。
这样想就错了，当问题发生的瞬间，应该想的是如何解决问题，而不是找茬谁的错，把责任丢到别人身上更是不好。解决问题之后，再分析错误发生的原因，如何避免下次再发生相似的问题。尽量从自己的身上寻找到问题的根源，或者帮助伙伴一起找到问题所在。《人生十二法则》提到：在抱怨世界之前，先整理你的房间。如果每个人都在自己身上找答案，势必问题和错误就会越来越少。
2、要事第一
什么是要事，每个人对于要事的解答都会不同。看完这本书，我会问自己每天上班的要事是什么，我领导的要事是什么，我下属的要事是什么，我们整个部门的要事是否是统一一致的。如果不一致，那么就需要讨论后定案。因为只有目标一致，我们的绩效才会提高。
3、远离管理黑洞
即使没有人引导，也要坚持正确的做法，远离管理黑洞。领导做的每件事都会影响到员工对我领导能力的评价。树立标准，并严格执行。
4、不是通过关照流星来降低最低线，而是通过承认和嘉奖超级明星来提高上线员工分为超级明星、中层星和流星三类。作为领导应该雇佣优秀的员工，让他们变得更优秀，解雇不谋其政的雇员。绝大部分员工离职都和领导有关，在炒公司鱿鱼之前，他们先炒了领导的鱿鱼。
5、招聘
公司最宝贵的财富是：合适的员工，因此不要为了填补空缺而降低标准，以后你会为此付出代价。
6、效率
安排时间是自己的责任。
作为领导要减少不必要的会议时间，通过清理事情的轻重缓急并进行合理统筹，减少干扰，并学会利用碎片时间。
7、作为领导者的业绩是团队共同努力的结果
让员工知道你关心在意他们，领导的业绩和员工息息相关。
员工也要学习“向上管理”，多和领导沟通，了解领导的需求，确保目标一致。
8、进入学习地带
读书是好的学习方式，保持阅读的状态，随时提升自己的能力。
