【鹬蚌相争寓言故事全文】
赵王将要去攻打燕国，苏代为了燕国，去劝谏赵惠王说：“我这次来的时候，（我）经过易水，（看见）一只河蚌正张着壳晒太阳。有一只鹬鸟，伸嘴去啄河蚌的肉。河蚌连忙把壳合上，紧紧地钳住了鹬鸟的嘴。鹬鸟就说：‘今天不下雨，明天不下雨，就有死蚌了。’河蚌也就说：‘今天不放开你，明天不放开你，就有死鹬了！’两个谁也不肯放。打鱼的人看到了，就把它俩一齐捉去了。现在赵国要去攻打燕国，燕赵两国相持不下，日子久了，双方的力量都消耗得很厉害。我担心强大的秦国乘此机会，坐收渔翁之利呢！所以（我）希望大王好好地考虑考虑。”
惠王听了，说：“对啊！”便停止了（攻打燕国的行动）。
【出处】
欣赏评点出自《战国策·燕策》的寓言故事“鹬蚌相争，渔翁得利”，说的是双方相争持，让第三者得了利。这个故事说明看不到真正的敌人，就会给强敌制造有利的机会，给争执双方带来灭顶之灾。选文中讲的是当赵国将要攻打燕国时，著名说客苏代为了燕国的国家利益，挺身而出，去劝谏赵惠王，苏代用“鹬蚌相争，渔瓮得利”的`故事，委婉地道出赵国攻打燕国可能给燕赵两国带来的巨大灾难，希望赵惠王审时度势，纵观战国风云，权衡利弊得失，三思而行。面对雄心勃勃意欲伐燕的赵惠王，苏代不是直陈赵国攻打燕国的是非对错，而是巧用寓言故事来说理，不仅展示了他过人的胆识，而且展示了他高超的语言艺术。
鹬蚌相争渔翁得利：蚌①方出曝②，而鹬③啄其肉，蚌合而箝④其喙⑤。鹬曰：“今日不雨，明日不雨，即有死蚌。”蚌亦谓鹬曰：“今日不出，明日不出，即有死鹬。”两者不肯相舍，渔者⑥得而并禽⑦之。
【寓意】
“鹬蚌相争”是战国时谋士苏代游说赵惠王时所讲的一则寓言故事。
当时赵国正在攻打燕国，苏代认为赵国和燕国争战不休，不过是“鹬蚌相争”而已，必定让秦国得“渔翁之利”。
今天这篇寓言告诉人们，在错综复杂的矛盾斗争中，要警惕真正的敌人。

王磊光这篇笔记也获得了自己的导师———上海大学文化研究系教授、主任王晓明的称赞：“分析很真切，文化研究的视野开始有点形成了，好!”博导王晓明表示，读了返乡手记最后一部分“知识的无力感”，也同样感到心情沉重：“从现代早期到上世纪90年代，从农村出来到城市的人，总体上是能够以自身的生活和精神状态让其他没有这个机会的人信任‘求学是人生正道’的，有这个信任在，城市里的进步力量反哺乡村的可能就存在。但现在的情况，似乎越来越像80年代晚期90年代初的上海：出租车司机每月赚1400元，当得知我一个大学副教授每月才600元的时候，很同情地看着我：‘算了，下海吧!’”

前几天，实验幼儿园的小朋友来到了我们的校园。我在这次活动中有了新发现，对我们学校也有全新地认识。

最后，便向学校门口进军。这块写有“向上”的石头，我怎么以前一直没有注意呢？看来，我对我们学校的了解还不够。这是我们学校的一大特色，象征着小海豚越跃越高的精神。就这样我们告别了幼儿园小朋友。
看来我对我们学校的认识还不够，而这次让我重新认识了我们的学校，真是受益匪浅。
