我在回家的路上高兴地手舞足蹈，我的实验会不会成功？鸡蛋煮熟后是什么样子？
回到家，我立马从冰箱里拿出一个鸡蛋，准备好醋、毛笔、小碗，实验就要开始了。我倒些醋在碗里，左手轻轻地捏着鸡蛋，右手拿起毛笔在碗里沾了些白醋，一字一顿在鸡蛋上写了一个“学”字，写好后我的右手迅速和左手合拢在一起，做出一个棒的姿势，也许因为太投入了，都忘记毛笔还在地上安静的躺着。
然后，我双眼死死盯着手上的'鸡蛋，生怕它掉下来。谁知？我的脚不听使唤了，一个踉跄，鸡蛋也不听话了，从我的“牢笼”中逃了出去，鸡蛋好像很开心似的，在空中翻着跟头，好像在说：“终于能逃出来了！”可结果是——鸡蛋破了。
我看着这碎了的鸡蛋，默默的对自己说：“失败了，我还是放弃吧！”正当我要放弃的时候，我的心中想起了一个声音，那是妈妈的声音：“你要记住，越是紧张，越不能乱，要冷静地去面对它。困难像弹簧，你强它弱，你弱它强。”
我平静心态对自己说：“一次失败算什么，这次我一定会成功的。
第一次实验以失败告终，紧接着第二次实验即将开始。我和之前一样，用白醋在鸡蛋上写字，双方捧着鸡蛋，颤颤悠悠的向厨房走去，把鸡蛋轻轻放入水中。脑袋不断在提醒我：不能摔跤！不能摔跤！要小心！
终于，鸡蛋安全抵达了风干区域。风干后，我捧着鸡蛋，一会儿水就沸腾起来，鸡蛋也跟着这沸腾的水跳起“爵士舞”。 几分钟后，鸡蛋熟了，我兴奋地直接用手去拿，“呀！烫！烫！”我把手放在衣服上擦来擦去。我把蛋壳剥掉，竟呈现了我之前写的字。
我不明白这是为什么？所以到网上查了一番：白醋里含有醋酸，写在鸡蛋上之后通过鸡蛋壳和内膜进入鸡蛋，然后与鸡蛋清（蛋白质）产生了化学反应，产生了新物质，等鸡蛋煮熟之后蛋清变成白色的，自然就看见你写的字了。
这次实验让我明白了：做什么事情都需要经过自身的实践才能悟出其中的道理，科学知识真是无处不在啊！
