1 .要选出自己最喜欢的一篇课文或一本书。可以在自己印象特别深刻的书或文章中去选。
2 .认真阅读原文。读懂原文，确定引发感想的 " 点 " 。在确定好读的书或文章后，就要认真阅读了。读书时要能做到如下几点：搞清作品中的时间，地点，人物，事件，知道作者写这篇文章的目的，分清文章的主要内容和次要内容。注意抓住文章的要点。通过读文章，弄清以上几点后，接下来便是要确定引发感想的那个 " 点 " 。所谓 " 点 " ，便是我们感受深刻的地方。这个"点"不是的主体，而是感想的`土壤，感想才是盛开的花朵。正因为如此，找准感想的"点"才显得非常重要。那么从哪些地方寻找感想的"点"呢？
① 以文章的主要内容作为引发感想的 " 点 " 。读了一篇文章或一本书后，对其中的主要内容有什么想法可写出来；
② 文中的某个情节，也可作为引发感想的点。文中某个情节，使你深受感动，感到愤恨，感到伤心 …… 都可用来作引发感想的 " 点 " 。如一位同学读了《金色的鱼钩》一文后，对老班长命令小梁吃鱼这一情节印象特深，后来他以此内容写了一篇读后感。
③ 文中的特别精彩的一句话。
④ 文中含义特别深刻的一句话等，都可将之作为引发感想的点。
3 .根据找出的 " 点 " 进行思考和联系实际，写出读后感。在所找出的引发感想的 " 点 " 中，如果 " 点 " 很多，要选择一两个主要的点写，其他次要的，可一带而过或不写。
