我家买了两只小海龟，跟我手心一般大小。
海龟是一种长寿的爬行动物，长时间不给它吃东西，它都不会饿死。
海龟的三角脑袋很像蛇的\'脑袋，一双凸出的大眼睛，美丽而又坚硬的背壳掩护着自己的身体。若是遇到危险，它就把整个脑袋和四肢缩在背壳里一动不动。它长着四只小脚，每个脚趾上都锋利的爪子，这样才能慢慢地向前移动，有时甚至能爬过小土坡。
海龟也通人性，当它饿的时候，只要听到有人的脚步声就会探出头来。我有时喂它一点肉末，有时给它一点小米。它吃饱了就在缸里游来游去，好像在说：“谢谢你！小主人。我要好好锻炼身体，快点长大。”
有一次，我逗海龟玩，把海龟倒过来放在地上。海龟四脚朝天，怎么翻也翻不过来。这下它可急了，把头缩进壳里，像是在想办法。突然它的头伸出来了，四只脚伸直，头往上顶，果然，它的身子翻过来了。我想，它的脑袋不大却挺聪明。
冬天来临时，海龟就把四脚和头缩回壳里一动不动地呆着，直到第二年春天来临才又伸出头来，这就是冬眠。
海龟虽然可爱又聪明，可还是有人捕***它。我想，如果人们滥***海龟，它们就会灭绝，那么人们就只能在书上看见大海龟了，保护动物，人人有责。

我有两只可爱的小海龟，是爸爸从大连的海边带回来的。
他们长的可好玩了。细细的脖子，小脑袋警觉的从坚硬的壳里探出来缩进去，东张张西望望，好像对我们很好奇。小海龟背上有棕色的花纹，好似一幅神秘的画像。
爸爸见我特别喜欢他们，就说："你给他们起个名字吧！"我一想好主意！那我得考验他们一下，我在桌子上划了一条线，然后把他们从盒子里面那出来，放在线的前面。让他俩赛跑。
左面的小海龟爬得很快，他不时的看看他的同伴好象在说："你这傻瓜好不容易才出来快跑啊！"可他的同伴却懒洋洋地在那打哈欠。好象在说："你去那呀！一会就要吃饭了！你爬不回来会饿死的！傻瓜！"
这时，我突然有了灵感，跑的快的叫"冲冲"，跑的慢的叫"懒懒"吧！你觉着怎么样！
