班纳和它的小伙伴们经过重重险阻，终于到达魔帽岛，找到了魔帽老人，得到了自己想要的魔帽。戴上魔法水手帽的班纳，如愿以偿的成为了一个海上冒险家。然而，这时小丑和喵将军却偷走了岛上最厉害的“海盗魔帽”，变成了大海盗，打败了班纳，抢走了水手魔帽。
班纳和伙伴们为了打败小丑，在魔帽老人的指点下，用神奇的金线缝制了一顶新魔帽，再次向坏蛋们挑战。小丑的海盗帽与班纳的新魔帽，展开了一场“魔帽大战”。大战之时，海盗魔帽非常厉害，班纳不慎被打落海中，小伙伴们陷入困境。就在这个危急的时候，班纳被飞鱼海怪救起，冲出海面，和小伙伴们的齐心协力，一举战胜了小丑。
