万峰林介绍英语作文【一】
国庆长假，我们一家去万峰林游玩。
万峰林位于贵州兴义市马岭河峡谷中下游东西两岸，由成千上万座奇峰秀峦组成，绵延数百公里，气势宏伟壮阔，造型优美，分为东峰林和西峰林两大景区。
我们首先来到西峰林，站在观景台上一眼望去，万峰林的山峰多得数不清，山连着山，峰连着峰，像整齐列队的士兵。正如明代旅游家徐霞客所说：“天下山峰何其多，唯有此处峰成林。”万峰林的山，千奇百怪，什么形状都有，在山下平坦的地面上，有一座独立的山峰，叫“将军峰”，它是群峰之首，像是一位威猛的将军站在那里，率领着千军万马，没有哪一个敢不听它的指挥。
在万峰林下，美丽的纳灰河穿流而过，把田园、山峰、古桥、绿树、村寨交融在一起，充满了诗情画意，恰似一幅美丽而朴素的画卷。
游完西峰林我们又来到了东峰林，站在观光台上，看到了万峰林又是另一番景象，半山中那绿色的大树，装扮着山体，山体像一艘艘帆船，正扬帆起航，驶向远方，气势浩浩荡荡……
我被眼前的景色迷住了，脑海里出现了苏轼的诗句“横看成岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同。不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”。是的，我有点不识万峰林的真面目，只因为我就在此山中。
这就是我看到的万峰林，山、村庄、田地、朴实的人们构成了一幅自然和谐的风景画。

我的老家在祖国西南部——贵州兴义。在兴义说起最美的地方，人人都会说“万峰湖”和“万峰林”。但要我说，最让我最为眷恋的是万峰林的雄伟、神奇的气势。
邀亲朋好友坐上缆车，去万峰林游山。
第一站到了。一座木质平台，我激动地跑到栏杆便，踮脚远眺，第一眼映入眼帘的美景竟是几个小“粽子”围着一个大“粽子”。我跑到简介旁，一看，这些“粽子”原来叫做“众星拱月”，许多小的山环绕着一座高高的山，因此而得名。
“众星拱月”，这么一说，还真的是啊！小小繁星都在向明月拥去，让人在白日也能看见这么美丽的“月色”，可不是一件美妙的事吗？
再次上车，告别“粽子”，前往下站，拜访一位“老人”。
到站了，我聪明了些，先去看了简介。“百年老树”，一棵拥有几百年历史的老树处理在村子中间。哇，几百年欧！可真的是老人啊，它那么粗，需要十几个人手牵手，才能把它给围住；它这么老，靠在它身上，就能感觉到，这么多年来，它经历了什么，是什么让它活了这么久，坚持了这么多年！
到了最后一站，是万峰林看景最好的地点，可以把万峰林的全部美景尽收眼底。
站在亭子里，看，大大小小的山，像骆驼的驼峰般，好似万匹骆驼走向远方连绵不断，并且带着白中红，红中白的包袱。这场景，不能用相机拍下，因为会失去它的本质——雄伟，会失去美景——尽收眼底的感觉，只能用心去把这美景印下。只有这样才能把万峰林的气势带走。
万峰林，你是多么的.壮丽，多么的迷人，多么的神奇！

I first got to know Miss Pan when she enrolled at university and I was the assistant director of her class at that time.
