您好!在这春意渐浓的四月，我们迎来了学校一年一度的春季趣味运动会。为了运动会能安全有序地进行，请您关注学校运动会的安排，配合学校督导教育孩子遵守活动要求，全力保障孩子的活动安全。现将运动会有关事宜通知如下：
一、时间安排：
周二(4月19日上午四、五、六年级比赛，全体学生6：30前到校，运动会7点准时开始。四、五、六年级周二下午和周三上午休息，周三下午上课。
周三(4月20日上午一、二、三年级比赛，全体学生6：30前到校，运动会7点准时开始。一、二、三年级周二上午和周三下午休息，周四照常上课。
运动会期间，学校维持正常放学时间，请您根据学校安排，按时接送孩子上下学。
二、天气情况：19日晴 12℃～22℃，南风3-4级;20日晴12℃～22℃南风3-4级。请家长及时关注天气变化，为孩子增减衣物，提醒孩子穿校服，佩戴红领巾。最好戴上遮阳帽。
三、因到校时间较早，一定让孩子吃好早餐。教育孩子养成良好习惯，不乱买零食，非运动员不允许携带零食到校，可以带水及饮料。
四、如您的孩子有比赛项目，可适量备食物和饮品。教育孩子临赛前不可吃得过饱或者过多饮水。赛后不要马上大量饮水、吃冷饮。提醒孩子穿运动鞋，比赛中不要佩戴红领巾和胸卡以及其它证章，脖子上不要挂钥匙和其它饰物。
五、教育孩子运动会期间严格遵守赛场秩序，不在赛场中穿行、玩耍，以免影响比赛和出现意外伤害。文明观看比赛，有组织地为运动员加油助威。
六、孩子有比赛项目的家长特别注意，如果您的孩子有不适宜运动的'疾病，请务必和班主任老师沟通，以免运动会期间发生意外事故，切记。
七、孩子如有特殊情况不能到校，请家长一定及时向班主任老师请假。
八、运动会期间要注意孩子劳逸结合，保证充足的睡眠。休息时间负责并安排好孩子的学习与生活。
