在外国语言学课程的教改中，反思性教学的融入使课程教学的实践问题得以解决。以课程中“语法”课的语类分析为例，在教学内容与方法的选择上利用反思性教学可以更好的将其理论内容与教学方式相融合。经过课程的改革，在语法课程中原有的语言理论、语料选择基础上增添了问题分析、结论研讨以及外语教学的有关启发。
1.语言理论。在课程讲授过程中，对“语类”知识的有关定义可在相应环境中进行讲解，可从不同的角度出发，教给学生其在语类分析中的应用，也可为学生介绍或准备有关的参考资料，可以是网络链接、杂志、书籍、已出版的论文等等。
2.语料选择。由于外国语言学课程有一定的语类差异性，为更好的研究其中的差异，在教学的课前准备中可挑选不同出版社出版书籍中的资料，如复旦大学出版社的《大学英语》及外语教学研究出版的《新编大学英语》中的一些文章，并选择网络上的一些学术性论文等等，但主题要保持一致避免出现学科差异的变量。
3.问题分析。反思性教学提倡多思考多疑问，在教学中选择语料内容后，要对其进行分析，包含语言变量的主题、主语、时态语态、缩略语等，通过分析产生的问题进一步进行解决与处理。
4.结论研讨。经过对选择好的论文的语类分析，可以得出不同的语类中语言特征的差异与区别。例如，在科普类论文中开头句子中使用经过标记的主位比例只有百分之三十几，而研究类论文中利用标记主位替换语法主语的比率超过了百分之四十；前者着重探讨研究的过程，而后者着重点在于研究现象，可见不同的语类的阅读对象也是不同的；如对缩略语的分析可得出，科普类论文比起研究类论文对技术背景资料的标准较低；对语态的分析可得出在科普论文中被动语态出现率很低，只有百分之十，而研究类论文中此语态的使用是前者的二倍之多。也就是说，科普论文与研究论文相较，其语言领域与内容的技术含量都低一些。
5.教学启发。通过对教学内容的选择、分析与讨论解决，外国语言学的课程可以带给我们很多启发。包括不同类别外语文章的不同性质，其中所产生的语类差异，都是教学过程中不可忽略的一部分，教师要教导学生对这些差异的理解与利用。在为学生准备教学内容材料与方法的研究过程中，要针对不同的学生群选择不同的阅读资料，如科普类论文适用于具备一定阅读能力而对文章相关技巧知识了解较少的一般阅读者，不可作为学术论文的范文来用等等。总结来说，在教学的实践与改革过程中，恰当的利用反思性教学方法，使教学更加富有意义，同时也使学生能够更好的接受教育。

今天我们江帆文学社开展了一次至创办社团以来第一次走出校门的活动——去牧然书店和靖江知名作家庞余亮叔叔进行互动交流，以提高写作水平。
来到散发着卷卷书香气的牧然书店，热情的店主早已为我们准备了桌椅，一股书香和木质桌椅杂糅的清新气息瞬时钻入鼻腔，顿感神清气爽。
这时，庞余亮叔叔和我们一起就座，他平易近人，带着一副眼镜，浑身洋溢着书卷味，很快就和我们聊上了。他谈话时妙语连珠，出口成章，给我们讲解了很多写作技巧，大伙的积极性也充分被调动了起来，大家说的说，聊的聊，互相分享各自的见解。
就在我们聊兴正浓时，庞叔叔出其不意，抛出一个让大家最难以克服的老大难问题——写作没灵感咋办?的确，当我们面对没灵感这座大山时，我们文思枯竭，才穷词尽，大伙一时都皱起了眉头。见此，庞“师傅”神秘地一笑，声称要给我们传授“独门秘诀”，不过要我们先回答他一道题目：“我们经常会看到在一些人群密集的马路边停着一些三轮车，这些三轮车主中不乏一些老年人，我要问问同学们，他们平时都会吃些什么零食啊?”
庞叔叔提出的这问题如一声突如其来的.炸雷把我们都怔住了，看着他镜片后透来的睿智深邃的目光，不知他葫芦里卖的什么药，我们一时不知如何解答，冥思苦想稍忖片刻，大家开始七嘴八舌讨论起来。一旁的庞叔叔发话了：“看来这就是你们没有灵感的“肇事者”——不注意观察和充分发挥想象力。观察和想象就如涌动的水流，它们能让灵感这一汪有时混沌的泉水变得清澈明亮。”
我们嘘声一片，恍然大悟，对“大师”此番点播不禁频频点头称是。社友项知熠也茅塞顿开，如雨后春笋般突然冒了出来，说道：“ 老师，我虽没见过三轮车主吃啥消遣，但我推断他们可能吃的是一些廉价的瓜籽，他们走出家门踏三轮车，这就说明他们家境不是太富裕，其中的一些老年群体，按理说，这个年龄段应该在家里安享晚年，含饴弄孙，但他们却不顾年迈，出来辛苦踏三轮车以弥补家用，我想，只有廉价的瓜籽他们或许才舍得买吧。”项知熠这段言之成理的话让我们皆拍案叫绝，庞叔叔亦颔首微笑。
美好的时光总是短暂，说再见的时候到了，我们依依不舍地向庞叔叔告别，我明白今天的离别并非是和这位大作家交流和分享的结束，而是领悟写作真谛的新一页的开始。这次经历将永远镌刻在我记忆的石壁上，引领我不断前进。

1.从解决教学问题出发，有一定的创造性。这一特征主要体现在两个方面，其一，反思性教学中的反思在实践活动的基础上，不是单一的简单回顾教学状况，而是具有重复研究性的反思；其二，反思性教学通过对科学与人文等方法对教学内容、用具及目标存在问题进行良好的解决，提升教学质量，增加了参与教学者创新思考的几率。
2.是推动实践教学科学合理的动力。在教学中加入反思模式，是为了进一步改良教学中存在的\'不足，以达到教学实践合理性的标准及目的。好的教师在教学过程中进行反思，在反思性教学推动实践科学合理的同时，也成为其本身教学模式发展的动力。
3.结合教学与学习，有助于教学的全面发展。“学会教学”成为一种新模式，是指在提高教学能力的同时，掌握伦理与道德知识。反思性教学在这一点上，对学生“学会学习”有良好的促进作用，使教师与学生能够较为全面的发展，锻炼个人解决问题的能力。
